The Il Quadrifoglio house consists of 4 apartments on the ground floor, 2 of which are connected. It is inserted inside La Casa Trasparente, a large house in the hills with 6 apartments. The combination of the 4 apartments may vary but usually these are the apartments: Ulivo, Ortensia, Rosa and Geranio. The Quadrifoglio therefore has 4 bathrooms, 4 living areas with equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 2 mezzanines.
It is a house for groups, elegant, practical and particularly functional. Children will be the most enthusiastic guests of the Quadrifoglio because in the park they will find many games dedicated to them. Thus, seeing their playful needs understood, they will leave adults time to relax. In each apartment there is a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a living area, as well as the bedrooms, particularly comfortable:

The structure was built by the owners in 1974 and their 3 daughters grew up here who always remember their happy childhood because they lived in a large house with a swimming pool, in the middle of nature, and many games to do and invent.
