In the garden of my house (Villa Eden) there is a new building in a quiet place with a terrace overlooking the garden and a beautiful view of the lake and the castle. the apartment consists of: a bedroom with a window in the roof that makes it bright. a large living room with kitchenette complete with all accessories (toaster coffee machine, oven, refrigerator, freezer and pots, cutlery plates and various accessories. A very comfortable sofa that with a simple gesture becomes a normal bed. The living room is very spacious where you can watch television or it can become a comfortable sofa bed. The bathroom has a window with a shower. The terrace furnished with table and chairs, and sun loungers with a large tent allows you to stop outside with every comfort. This apartment is ideal for a couple or a family with children Ideal for guests with pets. For those who want to spend a holiday in peace and privacy. In the main garden of (Villa Eden) there is a private parking. A pedestrian street allows you to reach the beach in 3 minutes and the historic center of Malcesine in 10 minutes. In the garage of the main house it is possible to park bicycles and beach equipment. It is also possible to use the laundry and drying service on request. The electronic locking of both gates ensures maximum safety for your car. The family management ensures you a constant presence for all your requests or advice. Pets are welcome payment 10.00 per day per animal discount if two animals

Wonderful Stay

Thank you for a wonderful stay on Lake Garda. Beautiful room with amazing views of the lake, the castle, the Dolomites and a lovely garden. Quiet location conveniently positioned to easily walk to the town center. The apartment is well appointed with all necessary equipment. We would certainly stay again without any reservations.

Un Paradiso

Wir verbrachten im September 2016 eine herrliche Woche in Malcesine in der Villa Eden. Die ruhige Lage ist perfekt, zu Fuß sind es 5 Minuten bis zum See und 10 Minuten ins Zentrum. Das App. Bougainville ist sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Der Blick von der Dachterrasse ist einfach traumhaft. Die Vermieterin Marina hat stets ein offenes Ohr für die Fragen ihrer Gäste und kümmert sich sehr liebevoll um das sehr gepflegte Anwesen. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen!!! Annette & Martin

Un Paradiso

Wir verbrachten im September 2016 eine herrliche Woche in Malcesine in der Villa Eden. Die ruhige Lage ist perfekt, zu Fuß 5 Minuten zum See, 10 Minuten ins Zentrum. Wir bewohnten den Bungalow und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gut eingerichtet und der Blick von der Dachterrasse ist einfach traumhaft. Die Vermieterin Marina ist sehr gastfreundlich und hat stets ein offenes Ohr für die Fragen ihrer Gäste. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen! Annette & Martin

einfach perfekt

Hallo Marina, vielen lieben Dank noch einmal für diese wunderschöne Woche in Ihrem Garten Eden. Das App. Bouganville war für uns vier (2 Erw.+ 2 kl.Hunde) einfach perfekt. Leider konnten wir nur eine Woche bleiben, aber im App. kann man sich auf jeden Fall auch ein paar Wochen einmieten, weil es einfach super ausgestattet ist. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Vor allem das Schlafzimmer ist super, sehr, sehr ruhig und das in der Hauptsaison. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, so dass unsere Hunde, falls sie mal stiften gingen, nicht vom Grundstück konnten. Sie waren auch herzlich Willkommen. Die Stadt, wie auch der Strand, sind sehr gut zu Fuß über die Treppe zu erreichen und man geht max.10 Min. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Liebe Grüße aus Kiel Fam.Niedner
