Amazing stay!

We had a beautiful time! The villa looks as pictured. It was very clean and fresh. And the area was so nice and relaxing, with just a short drive to busy areas. The host was super nice and gave us late check out without a problem. Thank you for a great stay!

Swimming pool was not clean. The house was sprayed with something that elergic people cannot breath.

Dear Nati, Thank you for your feedback which is very useful for us to get better. Pool Net is provided in all houses for removal of any garden leaves, if there is not in place you can request one any time. The house has been disinfected as usual before your arrival. We have not been informed for any allergies on disinfection chemicals, we would appreciate people to inform us in advance for any allergies on cleaning chemicals. Looking forward to see you again. Nobody appears to live in Pernera after November.

The villa is beautiful and has every thing you need but the back garden is surrounded by trees that really need to be trimmed down as the sun is not reaching the whole pool and the water was freezing to the point of not being usable, it my well be different in mid-summer but in November the pool is useless.

Thank you for your stay and review ! Every tip and outcome from our guests will be taken in consideration and improved ! Yes, you have chosen the cold moth , winter is close by , not all pools are heated , we are sure its clearly stated in description of villa .

We had a Great stay at the Melody Villa! Everything was flawless from indoor to outdoor. I give my best recommendations! In the middle of May the sun hit the pool from early morning till around 6pm which was perfect for us - time to take a short walk to the beach and restaurants for dinner. Well equipped kitchen for making breakfast and just take everything at your own pace. If you want calm environments and lazy days, this is it.

this was a very nice introduction and perfect stay in the given apartment. location is nice but with few constructions around which seems might be completed soon (hope nearest beach and promenade are fixed soon). very nice pool.

enjoyable weeks of very comfortable and modern property

well equipped and very nicely located. amazing pool. comfortable beds. although location is very nice there are some minor reconstruction were happening around the building and in the nearest beach. however the speed and progress impressed therefore should not be an issue at all very soon. maybe some insect's net are missing to be able to use more an open window during the night. however conditioning system is nicely dealing with any temperature behaviours. would definitely recommend and come back.
