Set in a small quiet complex in the area of Ayia Thekla, on the outskirts of famous Ayia Napa - blessed with sunshine and amazing beaches, this four bedroom villa oozes style, luxury and comfort.
As you open the gate you will find ample parking space available and a spacious pool area in front of lovely lounge and veranda perfect for al-fresco dining. Inside, there is a beautiful living area overlooking the pool.
The living area includes kitchen, sitting and dining areas. There is one toilet with shower room and one double bedroom on the ground floor.
Upstairs are two bathrooms and another three bedrooms with a balcony. Fully equipped, this villa has everything you will need for relaxing and sun-filled holiday.

Great house and good service! Bit far from Ayia Napa

Great house and service. Unfortunately it was located 10km outside Ayia Napa and there was no beach nearby as we thought when we ordered the house. Next time we will have a rental car

Good but not luxury

Great sized villa, some of the furniture has seen better days. Broken sun beds and outside furniture. Water leaks out of the property into the road constantly which provides a breeding ground for flying beasts. Great cleaners and pool guy comes often. Lots of space. Really could be an excellent property with a bit of investment.

Η φραπεδιέρα χάλασε, απλά το λεω για τους επομενους. Η καδένα του μπαρμπεκιου και ο μηχανισμος του ρευματος που γυριζει την καδενα πρεπει να φτιαχτει. Το χερουλι της τουαλετας στο ισογειο χρειαζεται σφίξιμο.
