This lovely two bedroom villa is located in the heart of Ayia Triada, only 6 minutes walk to sandy golden Trinity Beach at the small fishing shelter. This modern villa with amazing outdoors has three double bedrooms upstairs with en-suite shower room and family bathroom. There is a large, beautifully furnished living space with flat screen TV, fully fitted kitchen, dining area and guest toilet on the ground level. The sliding doors from living area lead to a spacious sun terrace around lovely swimming pool, and surrounded by mature garden and fence to offer privacy to its guests There is also a private parking space within the property. Just a short walk away is golden sandy Trinity Beach, and close to the villa are a few bars, restaurants and shops for necessities.

Great Stay

Just returned from a fantastic two week stay at Villa Palm. House was spotless, modern, well equipped with brilliant Wifi and excellent air conditioning throughout. The complimentary mid week clean was welcomed and George from the management team was on hand a moments notice to sort any issues. Villa is situated a little far out of Protaras but the bus stop is literally at the bottom of the street. The 102 will take you to the strip (and all the bars and restaurants in between) and the 101 will bring you back for €1.50/2.50. We would highly recommend this villa and have had an amazing time! Thank you

The villa was beautiful and spacious. We were short of nothing! I found the concierge Service excellent George stock the fridge for us when we arrived with the basics to get us started. The beds were very comfortable. And a good supply of clean towels This was great after a late night night fight to get up the first morning to a lovely breakfast. I was really impressed that there was a lovely quality handwashing every Bathroom, which is a little touch which means a lot. If you want to use the dishwasher, don’t forget to bring a few dishwasher tablets with you. Some of the downstairs furniture was a little dated in the lounge. I was a little bit unsure of the pool even though it was cleaning on our second morning that seemed to be a lot of flies for some reason on the surface of the water. George very kindly supplied us the missing grill barbecue but we had some issues with the man next door when we cooked a couple of steaks. He had a bit of a go at us saying barbecues were not allowed, he had this issue with people like us before. Which was more than a little offensive when we were on holiday. Surely if a barbecue is provided you should be able to use it.There was only me and my husband we weren’t exactly having a wild party! The area that the Villa was in was perfect and peaceful. And we loved being so close to Zorba’s bakery and Trinity Beech. We hired some electric bikes which we had dropped off and this really made it a perfect stay.

Perfekt! Die Lage ist super. Etwas außerhalb und sehr ruhig. Das Haus ist sauber und alles vorhanden was man für die Verpflegung benötigt. Falls etwas sein sollte kann man sich jederzeit an den Gastgeber wenden. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen Dank für alles!

Schöner Urlaub in tollem Haus

Die Villa ist ruhig, abseits der Strasse gelegen. Bei Problemen haben wir sofort einen Ansprechpartner gehabt, der schnell kam und behilflich war. Die Terrasse liegt geschützt unter einem Vordach, wenn es einmal windig ist oder regnet. Hier ist ein entspannter Urlaub möglich!

The villa is equipped with everything you need. It was very clean at the entrance! Nearby is a wonderful neighbor Nikalaus, who will always help. To the beach 8-10 minutes at a brisk pace. There are no shops nearby. Car is necessary. The only negative is very uncomfortable mattresses and pillows
