A modern luxurious two leved-maisonette, fully equipped, built to communicate with an internal staircase that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 persons. On the spacious balconies of the house you will enjoy unique sunsets and the magnificent sea and mountain view.
The ground floor consists of an open-plan living area with a fully functional and equipped kitchen and a large modern living room.
On the ground floor there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed and its own balcony and a bathroom with shower.
The first floor consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds and a spacious bathroom with bathtub. Upstairs you will relax on the large covered balcony with the magnificent Seaview and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets along with the mountain view.
