Villa Caretta A is a house constructed out of local stones and has three levels and total surface area of 75 m2. On the upper level is a bedroom for two persons (double bed) and a bathroom plus air-condition, balcony, etc. On the elevated ground floor is the kitchen-living room with TV, satellite TV, refrigerator, stove and kitchen sink and utensils. On the lower sub-basement level is a bedroom for three persons (single bed and a double bed) as well as another bathroom.
The stone house is adjacent to a shared pool and has great view of the estate with 3.000 m2 of green grass. The House is only 70m away from the beach which is golden sand stretching 2 km. Form the beach of the House 200 m to the left is the famous Costa Navarino Resort with an 18-hole Golf Course, two 5 Stars Hotels, Shops, Spa and 10 Restaurants.
