This new apartment is located in the picturesque fishing village of Marsascala. The property is located just off the seafront and thus enjoys side sea-views from the front balcony. The promenade and the sea are just a few steps away from the property. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and can sleep a maximum of 4 guests. The property is air-conditioned in the bedrooms and in the kitchen/living/dining room.
Private parking space is available on request, at a minimal cost. Parking is free on the street. Public transport terminal is a few minutes away, while a bus top is just a few meters away.
The promenade, town centre, the beach, bars, restaurants and bus stop are just a few paces away. Daily needs shop and confectionery are at a short walking distance.
Marsascala has a small harbour which is surrounded with bars and restaurants. Things to do in Marsascala include: beach relaxation, swimming, snorkelling, cycling, night-life, fishing, diving, walking, rural/countryside walks.
The main bedroom has a kingsize bed, the spare bedroom has a double bed. Both are air-conditioned. All bedrooms include a bed, wardrobe, drawers and bedside tables. All bedroom have black-out curtains. Bedlinen, pillows and blankets are provided. Cots are available on request. Please advise when booking.
The main bathroom consists of toilet, bath with hand shower and wash hand basin. The ensuite has a toilet, shower and wash hand basin.
The kitchen has a large fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher and microwave, 4 ring electric stove, pots, pans, dishes, kettle, toaster, utensils, plates, glasses and cutlery.
A washing machine is available at the property. An iron & iron board and cleaning material are also available at the property. A clothes horse is also available in order to dry clothes in secondary balcony.
Dining table accommodates 4 persons. A sofa is available in the living room. In the living/dining room there is a TV, a coffee table & free Wi-Fi. The living/dining is air-conditioned. From the living area you can access the balcony from where you can enjoy side-seaviews.

Minimum age of primary renter is 21 years of age.
Linen, towels:
Bed linen will be provided and the beds will be done on arrival. We also provide 2 bath towels & 2 hand towels per person per week.
We also provide blankets, toiletries and cleaning products.
A high-chair and a cot is available on request- please advise when booking.
Strictly no smoking at this property. Smoking is only allowed outside. The property should be left tidy and clean after departure.
Public parking is available on the street, however, private parking space is available on request, at a minimal cost.
We allow 100 units of free electricity per week. Consumption of electricity in excess of 100 units per week is charged at 0.30 euros per unit.
Check-in time is between 3.00 and 7.00pm unless otherwise agreed. Please let us know before booking in the case of other arrival times.
