Holiday home at an organic vineyard

Our house is a characteristic farmhouse that is simply furnished for a maximum of 4 people. Inside it has a small living room (kitchen diner), 3 bedrooms (spread over 2 floors) and a bathroom. Outside there are four large terraces: an open terrace, a shadow terrace, a small terrace where the morning sun rises and a vine-covered terrace next to the living room with large dining table.

The garden is beautiful. You actually stay at an (organic) vineyard with many different types of fruit trees and we have a vegetable garden every year that you can eat from. It really is the combination of back to nature, but with responsible pleasures of modern times such as good Internet (fastest Internet of the valley), a dishwasher (and washing machine) and a well-equipped kitchen. In a beautiful setting with a subtropical climate. The sun is good (even in spring and autumn there is sun almost all day) but there are also plenty of shade places.

It is a perfect place for walking, swimming and enjoying the peace, culture and nature.
At 5 minutes walk from the house you will find "our private" river Roya, where you can swim very well. Even in the middle of summer the water is at our beach (real sand!) deep enough for that. And the Mediterranean Sea is only 15 minutes by car.
The area is a hiking paradise with walks for beginners to heavy mountain walks for experienced hikers. Hiking maps are in the house. The landscape is very varied. Each height level has its own characteristics and special plants.
Our house is also an excellent base for trips to the beautiful, small villages in the mountains. medieval villages hidden between the flower coast and the rapidly rising rugged Alps. And our house is also an excellent base for visiting cities such as Sanremo, Imperia, Nice, Menton and Monaco and so on.
