The beautifully-designed Apartment "Can Sivella" is situated on the beachfront of Puerto Pollensa, in the north of the island. You can go shopping, stroll around the port, or taste delicious Mediterranean dishes directly by the sea in excellent restaurants.

Brilliant location, fabulous view

This property was great for our weeks stay, the location was brilliant for the beach and walking to the restaurants. It was bright, clean, comfortable and modern, plenty of parking on the road at the rear, we weren't sure whether there was an allocated space in the car park but it wasn’t needed anyway. The property grounds can be accessed from the front via a walkway at the side through to the back where the staircase and entrance is. The balcony is a lovely size and perfect for breakfast. There were some snacks and water left for us as well as some items left by previous guests. If I had two gripes they would be: there’s no full length mirror just the one over the sink in the bathroom and the bathroom could do with a shelf or two for make up and toiletries, we lined ours up on the dining room table. However this would not stop us staying again because we definitely would but would just make it perfect.

Lovely apartment, great location

This is our second stay at this apartment, it is in such a great location opposite the beach close to many restaurants and shops. We met the owner and her daughter this time, very very nice people, we made an error of shutting our keys inside and from phoning JS properties to the owner coming out, was so quick and faultless they were amazing so thank you to all of them. The apartment itself has everything you need apart from a full length mirror which I think is an essential, who doesn’t want to check themselves before going out especially in the evening. We were left wine and nibbles and there was tea, coffee and an assortment of cupboard staples if needed, it was very clean and modern the bed is comfortable and large with nice linen, there are plenty of hangers, a safe, air con, tv and beach towels and the balcony is a great place for breakfast and watching the sun come up. We did however notice this time how thin the walls are as we had a fairly loud bunch in the flat next door, luckily it only affected us for our last two nights, we would not have liked to have heard that if they had been there every night of our holiday! There is no designated parking for this apartment so we parked on the road at the back where the entrance is, we always got a space no matter what time of day. Overall we had a really nice stay and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Unglaublicher Blick auf die Bucht von Port de Pollensa, ständig wechselnde Farben von Meer und Himmel, schöner Sandstrand gleich über die Straße. Großer Balkon mit Markise mit sehr bequemen Sitzmöbeln. Die Einrichtung des Appartements war rel. neu und modern, geschmackvolle passende Assesoirs, besonders die Wandbilder von Zoltán John Muladi.
