Liked: Location
The selling point for this property is its location. It is a short walk from the beach, restaurants and even a full sized supermarket. With the exception of the airport transfer it is totally possible to stay here without a car. We had a hire car but didn’t need to use it. We did though because we visited various places such as medina sidonia, conil, Cádiz, San Fernando etc. i felt that we were perhaps the first guests staying this season as there were a few troubles with the house gardens and pool. These were all rectified by the time we had left and the guests following us will have a perfect experience. It’s a great house in a great location. We didn’t use the 4th bedroom with bunk beds but it’s worth mentioning that it is not in the main house but in the pool house at the end of the garden, it has its own bathroom but I would say it’s perfect for teenagers but not for small children who would be away from their parents and would need to negotiate the garden with pool in the dark. I never found the light switch for the swimming pool lights so no night swimming for us.

Tolle Gegend

Excellent villa

Beautiful villa in a nice area close to restaurants and beach. Would definitely recommend not as lively as Conil and El Palmar but still very good.

A lovely villa in a perfect setting. It ...

A lovely villa in a perfect setting. It is really only 200 meters walk from the most gorgeous beach of Spain. The pool is perfect, well maintained by the gardener that comes for cleaning twice a week. The villa is perfect for 6 adults (small children can sleep on airbeds with their parents in the spacious rooms). There is a two bed bunk bed in the garden house in a very sober room. These beds are not suited for people over 1.86! But it is ideal for young adults. For that group is enough evening entertainment just across the block. But soundwise the villa is very quiet in the evenings. The house is lovely furnished and decorated (some paintings are a bit weird though). Very clean. If you want a quiet vacation this is the place to be, lovely restaurants a famous cocktailbar and ice salon near the beach. There is a very well equipped (but expensive) supermarket just across the street, and a very good Lidl at only 8 minutes drive. We do recommend this place!
