Spacious and beautifully decorated the perfect home from home for a family. The master bedroom with ensuite has a beautiful south facing terrace with sea views and the surrounding countryside. With a parking space for one car and plenty of car parking in calle Cuenca the communal gardens have a 25m fenced pool with lifeguard in the summer. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms, a spacious lounge dining room leading on to the patio and small garden with sea views. The house has air-conditioning and central heating [perfect for both summer and winter guests]. Reasonably nearby [750m] is a restaurant and a supermarket; Conil is a short drive away with a multitude of bars and restaurants and fabulous beaches.
