About the host
Hosted by Jasper Mckeag

Hey I am Jasper, owner of The Old Bushmills Barn.
After studying International Hospitality & Tourism Management In Edinburgh, whilst working at Gleneagles Hotel, I decided I should bring my new found knowledge of luxurious tourism back to my hometown of Bushmills.
Before I could become a young hotelier, I had to become a builder. Restoring this 18th century barn was an education in its self and ever aspect was carefully thought through to give those lucky few a truly unique place to stay.
Incredibly, after just 1 year The Old Bushmills Barn won HC Accommodation of the year 2021. A year after this it won Self - Catering Accommodation of the year 2022.
This then presented the unique opportunity of being able to combine my love for construction and architecture with tourism once more. Check out our latest holiday home - The Old Mount Manor. Located 12 minutes by car from The Old Bushmills Barn.
