Positive and enjoyable experience

Great location, nice and quiet. Relaxed vibe. Our hosts could not have been more supportive and helpful. Plenty of restaurants and food stores close by. Recommended by us!

Interesting stay

It’s was an interesting stay. The home was comfortable and in a nice neighborhood. I also think it was a little uncomfortable how regularly the owner would check in on us. We were told many times to reduce our foot print with electricity and recommended to take shorter showers. On one occasion we left the lights on and when we got back the lights were turned off. It was a little unnerving knowing that the owner was there with our belongings without us in the apartment. Still Roberto was a good communicator but often appeared at various moments unannounced. The wifi and air conditioning worked well and the beds were comfortable. I would advise thoroughly looking over the fine print on municipal tax and service charges. When we arrived we were hit with a 142 Euro charge that we apparently did not read in the forms online. The charges were for towels and municipal tax. Still was a nice pleasent stay and Florence is beautiful.

A great spot in Florence!

This is a great place in Florence. It’s in a residential neighborhood meaning while there were tourists, it was much quieter than the bustling city centre. It was an easy 20 minute walk to the Florence sites. Their are great restaurants and markets around the apartment. Roberto was very helpful with our questions making this a great experience in Florence.

Very pleasant and quiet property, centrally located

A very pleasant and centrally located property which is a short walk from all main attractions but nevertheless is in a quiet neighbourhood. There are some nice restaurants nearby as well as a few handy little supermarkets. Roberto was very helpful when required. All in all a very pleasant trip.

Charming apartment in central location

Roberto welcomed us at the apartment (which is in the upper floor of a house with separate entrance) and there was an instant sympathetic connection with him. The apartment is located just outside the ZTL, so that all sights in Florence can be discovered on foot (we used all days of our six days for it). It was a pleasant stay. Thanks for it.
