Once you enter the house through the large green garden there is a comfortable living room with dining area, in front of which there is a fully equipped kitchen (with fridge, dishwasher and oven). Here there is also a utility room where there is a washing machine and everything that can be used for a relaxing day at the beach or in the garden.
In the living room there is a large and comfortable sofa next to 2 other small and cozy sofas, a large flat-screen TV, stereo system, DVD player and a recorder. In the living room there is also a stereo system and a cozy reading area next to the fireplace.
The second floor has four bedrooms; there are two double bedrooms (one with a private bathroom) with comfortable and large double beds and with a balcony offering a splendid view of Monte Redentore and the sea of the Gulf of Gaeta.
