We inform that the building staff, including reception, pool, maintenance, common areas cleaning, and security, is not linked to Benalcoast Properties. Our company is exclusively dedicated to rental management, so any query or incident related to common areas should be directed to the building administration or the corresponding personnel.
POOLS: Only one pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, it will alternate between the large pool (non-heated) and the mermaid pool (heated to 23°)
The opening hours of pools and slides may vary depending on the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, nor can we accept claims for this reason or for pool closure.

Selwo Marina is located just 2 minutes walking from the complex and you can see sea lions, a daily dolphin and walrus show, a penguin exhibit, etc...

It is a very pleasant experience.

Absolutely lovely apartment with beautiful views and very easy to find and get too.
Fully equipped with everything you need, also super easy check in and check out process would highly recommend this apartment
Nothing to improve on maybe just having a hoover would be great
Apartment and terrace was fabulous but one of the the neighbours was verbally aggressive and racist and threatened to throw a lantern at us for putting up our sun umbrella. Cut a long story short, the police came and spoke to him - he has mental health issues and is "illogical". Benalcoast Properties said they had no knowledge of any problems but when the police spoke to reception they said there had been a number of complaints about him!My wife had a terrible accident in a lift that was faulty. She has really damaged her ankle and awaiting review by her GP. She reported it to reception - they said it had been reported already to the lift company and that it was the lift company's responsibility. There was no sign to say do not use the lift. Another holiday maker said it had been faulty before we arrived on 31st October. So it did not turn out to be the best of holidays for these reasons.

Regarding the neighbour, we had no prior record of incidents involving this person. As soon as we were informed, we cooperated fully and were relieved to know that the authorities intervened to ensure everyone’s safety. Unfortunately, the behaviour of other residents is something we cannot foresee or control, but we always act promptly when notified.
Concerning the lift, although the apartment is located on the street-level/second-floor access and using the lift is optional, we are very sorry to hear about your wife’s injury. The building management is responsible for the maintenance of all communal facilities, including lifts, and we were informed that the issue had already been reported to the maintenance company. Nevertheless, we completely understand your concern, and we hope she has a swift recovery.
We appreciate your comments, as they help us continue improving the experience for all our guests. If you wish to discuss anything in more detail, we remain at your disposal.
