Luxury 2 Bedroom 2 Bath, 50m Beach Benalmadena Costa Sat TV & FREE WIFI

Our superb 2 bedroom 2 bathroom luxury air-conditioned apartment with FREE WIFI and full UK TV package including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and TNT Sports etc is situated on the sea front just 50 metres from the beach in the family resort of Benalmadena Costa. Torreon del Mar Apartments are only 14 Kilometres or 15 minutes by taxi from Malaga Airport therefore car hire is not necessary. The sandy beach of Torrequebrada is just across the road from the Torreon del Mar Apartments, with several shops and restaurants very near by including a large Supercor supermarket with fresh fish, butchery, bakery and vegetable counters plus numerous English food items available. New Lidl Supermartket now open 300m away. In addition there is a large Pharmacy with English speaking assistants just a few steps away from the apartment. There is a bus stop just 40 metres from the apartments with very regular services West to Fuengirola and Marbella and East to Torremolinos & Malaga.
The facilities at Torreon del Mar Apartments in Benalmadena Costa include a large Swimming Pool, with extensive sun terrace and free sun loungers, parasols, tables and chairs, table tennis, children's playground, basket ball area plus changing area with toilets and showers. Directly in front of the Torreon del Mar apartments there is a typical Spanish Tapas 'La Ruta del Iberico' steak house, bar restaurant serving a great steaks plus wonderful selection of serrano hams, chorizo sausage and a wide variety of Spanish cheeses with numerous beers and wines available. Next door you will find a high standard Spanish Italian restaurant 'Amici' serving Pasta, Steak and Pizza. Amigos Grill has the same owners and offers a fantastic choice of both Mexican and Indian food. The pleasant 'El Caprico de Torrequebrada' restaurant with its large terrace and serving a wide range of reasonably priced Spanish Tapas, fish and meat dishes is located on the corner of Torreon del Mar next to the Pharmacy. For those who just want a coffee, beer, English breakfast or toasted sandwich the El Caprico should hit the spot.

We had a fabulous stay at Keith and Pennys apartment. We wanted something central and this provided all. The apt is same level as the pool and the beach is minutes walk away where we enjoyed swimming and dining. Easy access to the busier end of town and the Marina is by a v regular bus route. We also used the bus to go up the mountain to Old Town. The accommodation had everything we needed and we had a fantastic week with family. Thank you

We had a great stay at this apartment. Everything was as described and the A/C worked well, though it would be nice to have the option to cool individual rooms rather than the whole apartment. The location next to the communal pool was convenient, but with the windows open it could get a bit noisy at times depending on who was using it. Overall, a very good experience and would happily recommend.

Had a fantastic stay at this apartment. Apartment is situated in a lovely clean, secure complex with well kept communal areas and pool. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, well furnished and is equipped with everything required for a self catering holiday. Although the apartment’s location is in a quieter area of the resort there are some lovely restaurants practically onsite and a good sized supermarket which was very convenient. There is a bus stop nearby enabling travelling to other areas of the resort or further afield very straightforward. I would happily stay at this apartment again.

Arrived at the property and everything was exactly as per instructions, location is great and there are lots of amenities close by or you can venture out as we did and go up or down the coasts, pool area was lovely and clean with lots of sunbeds, apartment has everything you could wish for and more, great hosts and a lovely time was had by ourselves, would definitely recommend using again.

Beautiful large apartment close to the sea

We’ve just come back from a 7 day break to Benalmadena staying at this lovely apartment. We found that it had everything that we needed to enjoy our holiday, a full kitchen, large lounge area with comfortable leather sofas, 2 bedrooms with good quality mattresses, 2 bathrooms with plenty of water pressure to have a nice shower (or bath) - it has an underground secure parking area which was ideal for us to park our hire car. The only downside to us was the fact that the swimming pool was closed as it was off season but the sea was only a 5 minute walk away for a swim. Keith and Penny were easy to contact and came across as very friendly and helpful. I have a feeling that we’ll hopefully be staying here again!

Der Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen. Kommunikation war auch sehr gut. Eine saubere Wohnung in Meernähe. Schade, dass es nicht erwähnt war das der Pool ab Oktober nicht geöffnet war, da waren unsere Kids etwas enttäuscht. Sonst war alles gut.

Two days after we arrived the gates to the swimming pool were locked so we did not have a pool as advertised. Too many locked doors throughout the complex meant no air flow and therefore unbearably hot all the time.

The property is lovely both in decor and amenities ,the pool area kept clean and the whole apartments are in good order. I will definitely be booking again . The marina is 40 mins walk but the walk is enjoyable . Taxi price is only 9 euros . Buses are frequent . We enjoyed our stay very much very relaxing .

Beautiful apartment with pool

The property is spotlessly clean and has everything you need for your stay. The pool is lovely and never too busy, there are plenty of beds with shades. Aldo (the pool guy) is out cleaning and maintaining the pool and the grounds every morning. It’s a bit out of the way so expect to walk if you don’t have a car. There are a couple of restaurants a few minutes walk from the apartment, our favourite was Amigos. There is also a great seafood restaurant called Lá Cala which is across the road and a steakhouse called Angus. The beach at the bottom of the hill is ok but a short walk down the hill is a better beach (next to the Sunset Beach Hotel) there’s water sports, toilets and a small beach bar with cold drinks and snacks.. if you fancy a walk you can walk along the beach road where you’ll find a host of bars and restaurants but be aware it’s about a 20 minute walk, the marina is about a 30 minute walk. We had a great time and would recommend, Keith was brilliant and communication was excellent.

Our apartment has a fantastic location just across the road from the beach, with a great selection of cafes, bars and restaurants plus a pharmacy and excellent supermarket just steps away. Thats not to mention our south facing terrace that over looks the swimming pool and gets the sun all day
