Sea Fans - 4 BR Beachfront Villa on Spectacular Mahoe Bay

Through a garden gate, this beautifully done luxury beach villa is just a few steps from the white sugar sand and crystal clear waters of prestigious Mahoe Beach. Sea Fans is built as four separate pavilions linked by stone walkways threaded through lush tropical gardens. The large, high-ceilinged main pavilion houses the Great Room, the well-equipped open-plan kitchen, the dining area, and the powder room. A spacious, shady covered patio just outside offers alfresco dining day or night, and a breezeway adjoining the main pavilion has a wet bar, mini-fridge, ice maker, and gas grill with a connecting door to the kitchen for your convenience. Two equal king-bedroom suites (or one king and two twin suites - let us know your wishes in advance), each in its air-conditioned pavilion, are situated just steps away on either side of the main pavilion.

The large freshwater pool is in your front yard, surrounded by a flagstone sun deck and glorious island landscaping, and bordered by market umbrellas and cushioned teak chaise lounges. The beautiful island landscaping screens the pool area completely so you can enjoy total privacy in the pool. Just behind the main pavilion is Sea Fan's two-story guest pavilion, offering two more air-conditioned bedroom/bath suites (one with its kitchenette, and each suite having its covered verandah).

“Sea Fans” is located on the leeward side of the island so it enjoys gentle breezes with temperatures usually in the low 80’s to upper 70’s throughout the year. Step off of the property directly onto a clean sandy beach. Because there is a reef a short swim offshore the water laps against the beach making it ideal for children (of all ages). The reef also gives you a very private beach by preventing boaters from being able to come ashore. Under the water, a soft, sandy bottom with no coral or sea urchins stretches out a short swim to the reef. Bring your own or rent snorkel gear so that you can discover the wide variety of fish and coral right in your own “back yard”.

There are three shaded areas attached to the house for those who prefer a cooler, relaxing area to sit, read, or sleep. The house is entered through a wide shaded porch. The rear side of the villa provides views of the beach that can be enjoyed on the large porch that has both a dining and sitting area. Beside the house is a Bougainvillea-covered terrace with a stone breakfast dining table for four.

Enjoy the luxurious 20′ x 40′ foot pool, which is the largest in the area! It is conveniently situated between the covered patio and the beach. Also located in the pool area is a wet bar, complete with an ice maker and refrigerator. A seat-height native stone wall that defines the pool provides a great place to sit as well as safety for the “little ones”. At one end of the pool is a below-water bench seat to rest on after swimming laps or for sipping your favorite frozen drink. Teak lounge chairs and a teak table with an umbrella are placed about the Oklahoma stone decking. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with colorful flowers, and several varieties of palms, banana, lime, and grapefruit trees. Native boulders rest comfortably about the property, directing the various lighted paths to their destination.

PLEASE NOTE: During Low Season (Apr 15 - Dec 14 excluding Thanksgiving), the villa rents as either a half house (2 bedroom/4 guests) or full house (4 bedrooms/8 guests). Please enter your occupancy as either 4 guests or 8 guests during this timeframe to get an accurate quote.

During High Season (Jan 5 - Apr 15), Thanksgiving (the week of the 4th Thursday of November) or Holiday Season (Dec 15 - Jan 4), please enter an occupancy of 4 guests to get an accurate quote. This is the flat rate for the full house (4 bedrooms/8 guests) during these timeframes.

Sea Fans Villa is partnered with VILLAS VIRGIN GORDA. They are located just minutes from the villa and are available before, during, and after your trip to make sure you have a first-class villa rental experience. Housekeeping is included with your rental (no service on Sundays or Holidays).

For vehicle rentals, we recommend Mahogany Car Rentals, you can find them online with a quick search or we can share details after you reserve the villa. All of the local rental companies have similar vehicles and rates but we think Mahogany provides the best service. They will bring your vehicle to the ferry dock/airport for your arrival. After a few minutes of paperwork with their attendant, we will escort you to the Villa and get you checked in.

PRICING STRUCTURE
Our villas have a base rate for smaller occupancy, with additional charges for each extra person or room up to capacity. This tiered pricing is common across the island and accommodates various group sizes. Given the limited number of hotels, this ensures couples and smaller groups can enjoy our villas affordably, making our villas flexible for all budgets and needs.
