Villa ValMarc, situated on Mahoe Bay with its pristine beach and spectacular coral reef, has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms all with their own bath suites. Two free-standing pavilions with tastefully decorated indoor/outdoor living areas overlook ocean views and a private freeform pool.
Spectacular views from every room!!

The main pavilion features cathedral ceilings and a wall of sliding glass to highlight the stunning views. The great room consists of a dining area, entertainment area, and custom chef's kitchen. The main living area is now fully air conditioned! The living space is flanked by two spacious bedrooms suites. All rooms open to a covered patio with outdoor dining space and the pool and lounging area.

The second pavilion, Wendy’s Watch, has two separate air-conditioned bedroom suites. The suite on the upper level has a king size bed, sitting area, cafe bar, and bathroom with outdoor glass-block shower. Another bedroom/bath suite is located on the main level. Both suites have private patios facing Mahoe Bay.

A short 2-minute stroll down the garden path leads you directly onto Mahoe Bay Beach for some of the best swimming and snorkeling Virgin Gorda has to offer. The villa also offers tennis courts for the exclusive use of Mahoe Bay guests. The courts are also set up for pickle ball and on-site kayak and stand up paddle board rentals are available.

Star gazing is exceptional from the deck...it feels like you can almost touch them! Notice the direction the moon sits compared to North America.

Absolute Perfection at Villa Val Marc – Maho Bay, Virgin Gorda - We just returned from an unforgettable stay at Villa Val Marc, part of Maho Bay Luxury Villas, and I truly cannot say enough good things about this property.The villa itself is stunning—4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, beautifully designed, and immaculately maintained. The views are simply spectacular. Every morning felt like waking up in a postcard, and every evening delivered those incredible Caribbean sunsets you never quite get used to.The location is ideal—less than a 5-minute walk to Maho Beach (which is perfect for swimming and spotting sea turtles), and centrally located on Virgin Gorda. More beautiful in person!

Wendy (the owner), Heather (the concierge), and Chudney (the driver) all provided TOP notch service. The house was amazing and they were able to make all the beds into King Size to better suit our group. The guys enjoyed the short walk to the beach that had paddle boards and kayaks and the girls enjoyed sitting by the pool! Everything about our stay was just perfect.

Beautiful Views & Conveniently Located

Wendy's villa is an incredibly special retreat on Virgin Gorda! It's immaculately clean & beautifully furnished. We couldn't get over the incredible view from the patio(s)! The communication & service during our stay was just perfect. The villa is centrally located - you can drive anywhere on the island in just about 10 minutes. We will be looking to stay at this villa again & again!

Amazing Villa!

We loved our stay at this outstanding Villa, with amazing views! The beautiful pool overlooks lovely Mahoe Bay, which is just a quick walk down the stone path. We had the beach to ourselves most days. The house is immaculate, with every amenity. We did not use the second pavilion, Wendy’s Watch, but it provides terrific space for other guests or a large family. The location on Virgin Gorda is ideal - centrally located, 15 min. from Leverick Bay and 15 min. from Spanish Town. The Villa Concierge, Heather was invaluable with all details, and Betsie, who came to clean, was a delight! If you’re headed to VG, this is the spot to stay!

Wonderful Time at Villa Valmarc

The level of attentiveness from everyone involved in the process was remarkable. The owner, Wendy, our concierge, Heather and our cleaning crew, Betsy, all went above and beyond to help us feel welcome and at home. It was our first trip with our 5 month old baby and Wendy made sure everything was ready for our baby. Heather was amazing and helped us navigate the logistical challenges from booking rental cars, charters, restaurant reservations and even trying to secure paddle boards. The house itself was great and true to the description. You're kind of in the middle of the island so it is a great location as you're not too far from any one location. Overall it was a wonderful extended vacation and I couldn't recommend it enough.

A little peace in paradise

This villa exceeded all expectations by a country mile. Million dollar view made it hard to leave for other island interests...final departure was tearful. Nice getaway but not as close as we hoped

Loved the property in general but wish the beds and pillows were better and housekeeping came regularly as promised. From the listing I thought we were on the beach but the short walk was doable and the beach was a dream!!! The outdoor shower might’ve been my favorite part! Better than we could have ever imagined!

Villa Valmarc was absolutely gorgeous. The pictures don’t do it justice. Everything was top notch, from the brands of the appliances to the quality of the linens. The view out over Mahoe Bay was spectacular and you could see for miles, but beach access was literally at the bottom of the property. We had daily visits from friendly chickens and sheep, that would roam about the beautiful gardens. Be sure to take advantage of the concierge service. Susanna saved us so many times, with her expert advice and wise guidance. She was also a lot of fun and knew all of the best things to do on the island! All in all, Villa Valmarc was just perfect and we couldn’t have chosen better for our BVI girls trip!

What can I say about Villa ValMarc except that it was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the villa welcomed us with a warm, homey atmosphere and an awe-inspiring view overlooking Mahoe Bay—one of the most beautiful on all of Virgin Gorda. It instantly felt like our own private paradise!The villa was thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need, making it easy to settle in and enjoy every moment. Its location is just steps from the ocean, and the gentle sound of the waves quickly became part of our daily rhythm and morning coffee routine.Wendy was a phenomenal host—responsive, kind, and helpful not just during our stay, but in the months leading up to our visit. She went above and beyond with local recommendations, helpful tips, and a genuine desire to ensure we had the best possible experience! You can tell this is not just a rental property for Wendy, but a dream home and she successfully captured the dream! Villa ValMarc is conveniently close to the island’s best restaurants (Saba Rock, NOVA, Coco Maya were a few of our favorites) and attractions, though we often found it hard to leave the comfort of our own deck. Watching the sunset each evening, with panoramic views of the British Virgin Islands, was a highlight we looked forward to every night. Wonderful!

The property is beautiful! Our group of four older adults stayed for 9 days. The Villa is well appointed. The breeze and fans kept the common living space comfortable. It did get a little warm while cooking (note we had end-of-hurricane season Nov weather / high humidity). The ACs in the bedroom were Incredible! We spent the majority of our time on the patio or in the pool enjoying the surroundings and spectacular view. The living room furniture was very comfortable for the one day of (Nov) torrential rain we experienced that forced us indoors. Dining room table was perfect for a large jigsaw puzzle to pass the day. Betsy, the housekeeper, is a hoot and of course very helpful. Our one personal-preference-issue is the beds are very firm in three of the rooms. Betsy saved the stay for me by remaking the cushy twin beds to a king in room 4 after a few nights on the couch (which is quite comf!). Location on the island is perfect - short trip to Spanish Town or Leverick Bay for the docks, groceries, or restaurants, and Hog Heaven (a must!). Wendy is 5-star host offering info and help from start to finish. Villa Valmarc is a gem!

Splendid time had at Villa ValMarc!

We had a wonderful vacation at Villa ValMarc in Virgin Gorda! The villa is outstanding, the lush greenery, trees, flowers surrounding the villa and all along the walkways down to the beach are exquisite. The beautiful kitchen/main area with covered patio by the pool is where most time was spent, conversing, eating, listening to the birds, taking a dip and sitting around the pool. From its hilltop location, the picturesque views of the ocean - and as other guests have said, the sunsets were truly memorable! We usually had the cable channel playing the Spa Music, or Chillout Lounge Music to add to our relaxing mood. During our two weeks, we used both kitchen and bbq to add to our enjoyable moments together. We found everything we needed for our convenience. Our daughter and son-in-law joined us for a week, and Wendy's Watch made for the perfect place for them to have their own space and privacy, to then join us for breakfast every morning; then poolside lounging, eating, reading, and talking. Out and about, we did the Necker Island tour, the Baths, shopping in Spanish town, and our most favorite beach was Spring Bay Beach - so beautiful, so relaxing, with nearly the beach to ourselves for almost the entire day! We four enjoyed lunch one day at Hog Heaven, to partake in the views from even higher on the island, Heather ordered and picked up a pizza for our evening arrival meal from Sugar Cane and we enjoyed it so much that we did the same when the kids arrived so we could catch up with them! We four had a special outing to celebrate Christmas/31st anniversary at Little Dix Bay, Rosewood Hotel, Beach Grill and well worth the effort of reservations indeed, 5 Stars from all! Pretrip, we received so much help and guidance from the Villa Manager, Heather, from ferries, car rental, even meeting us at the ferry, and more, much appreciated. While the housekeeper, Betsy, was the most wonderful person, taking care of everything so we could enjoy our vacation; even down to the fresh flowers in our bedrooms! It was a truly magical wonderful time! Thanks to everyone who helped us to enjoy Villa ValMarc and Virgin Gorda. Special thanks to the Landry's for all they have endured over the last 30 years so we all can continue to enjoy Villa ValMarc and Virgin Gorda! 💝

Amazing stay

There were 5 of us for a week at Villa ValMarc and it was exceptional. We spent many hours sitting of the patio and watching the sun move through the sky until it set directly in front of us. Amply shade most of the day, so all could enjoy the out of doors no matter what your preference for sun or shade. The gardens are alive with color and the pool inviting. Some of my group had mobility concerns with getting in as steps have no railing to help with balance. Easy house to navigate, however.. Except for a few steps directly off the parking area, the rest of the main house is stair free. The beach lay below us and could be reached by a paved walkway from our garden. Ocean was warm and calm but the beach lacked any shade so some of us didn't hang there. Nearby Savannah Beach or Spring Bay gave us more choices. Having been on the island many times before, we got to visit a number of favorite haunts and found Coca Maya totally restored and as excellent as remember. Also discovered a new favorite right up the hill from our Villa, Sugarcane. Spectacular place to watch sunset, drink excellent cocktails, and be warmly welcomed by staff. Didn't eat either time we were there but everything coming out of the kitchen looked yummy. It was the only place we were on the island that offered spinney lobster. Anagada, although a great destination for a day, is a far trip for dinner. Heather is the property manager and I particularly want to thank her for her careful attention to our needs. At one point, I found my room safe wouldn't open and I called for some suggestions as to how to try and remedy the problem. Practically before I had finish the text, she responded with info that her maintenance man would be over shortly - this was at 6pm. I explained it could easily wait till the next day but within the hour all was resolved by replacing a battery. Empty gas tank for outdoor grill replaced with some immediate service. Couldn't ask for better support. I was very pleased to see so much of the island restored to its former beauty. I give much credit to both the local people and many of the foreign property owners for working so hard, and so cooperatively, to bring a unique place back to life. It is a tribute to you all and a joy for those of us who just visit year after year. This was my first stay in the Maho Bay area and I loved it. Being a sunset, not sunrise, kind of person, both the villa and its location can't be beat.

Bouldering vacation

This was the perfect place to stay with an active family who likes to swim, play tennis and boulder. I couldn't think of a better place to relax after being out and about all day!

Wonderful Sunsets

We greatly enjoyed this property. The location of the home sitting up a little above the water level provided magnificent sunsets. The house is very clean and well laid out. The 180 degree water view provided what we believe to be 10 different islands that we could count. The water was terrific and we enjoyed exploring all beautiful nature's secrets that Virgin Gorda provides.

Exceeded Expectations

We rented two villas for our three generation family group of 17. In addition, we chartered a power cat from the Moorings which we docked at Spanish Town marina for day trips. From start to finish, the experience beat expectations. In my opinion, this was due to the attention of Sharon Flax Brutus, the concierge for the properties. She gave us our initial tour of the property and then remained immediately available for any inquiry or issue that arose. One evening the internet failed at about 9 pm. Any other place would have told us that someone would be there in the morning. Sharon had a tech to our house within 45 minutes. Another evening we had some minor system failure, and Sharon had someone at the house within 30 minutes. Any amenity - massages, mani-pedi's, personal chef - Sharon had the right people at the right time. What a joy.

Why they chose this property

We spent 7 years searching the Caribbean for our piece of paradise. I won a sailing trip to the BVI in 1992 and we ended up coming back for subsequent land vacations and fell in love with Mahoe Bay, Virgin Gorda. The island is so peaceful and the locals are wonderful.
We experienced damage from Hurricane Irma in September 2017 and have rebuilt even better than before!! The island recovery has been exceptional!

What makes this property unique

This quiet, peaceful and beautiful island is exactly what we had been seaching for. You can walk Mahoe Bay beach, Pond Bay beach or Savanah Bay beach, often never seeing another person. The coral reefs are fibrant with fish and coral, only a short 3 minute walk away. Climb Gorda Peak in the early morning and you will see vistas you never imagined! Pick your own fruit, enjoy a sunset cocktail overlooking the Sir Francis Drake Channel from your own private pool......enchanting!
