Summary:
With beautiful views over Paington and out to sea, our holiday home is perfect for those looking to take a break in a modern family home close to the seaside. We have three bedrooms, family bathroom with shower over the bath, open plan family lounge with dining area and a conservatory and garden looking out as far as the eye can see! The kitchen is fitted with coffee machine, plenty of pots and pans, oven & hobs, washing machine and fridge freezer Children welcome and pets at an extra charge.
The Space:
The property is a typical 3 bedroom detached home on a modern housing estate. So you get all of the perks of a cosy & up together family home, also with lovely views to the rear over the roof tops of Paignton and the coast.
We have a downstairs toilet, open plan lounge / diner with a gas fire. Fitted kitchen and a conservatory to the rear garden, ideal for a cup of tea whilst looking out to sea.
Upstairs we have three bedrooms, the third has bunk beds, whilst the master has a king and the second bedroom has a double bed. There is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath.
The rear garden is enclosed with a low level fence to help maximise the views. The front has a driveway for parking.
Guest Access:
The property is exclusively available for guests. We have one locked cupboard upstairs for the cleaners. The garage is NOT available to guests and will remain locked - you can park on the drive though.

Travel by car, rail or bus.

Saturday to Saturday 7 to 14 day bookings only from May to End of September
