The land where the Casetta dei Tre Cipressi stands was purchased in the early 1980s, when it was completely uncultivated and unused. In the following years the house was built and the terraces presently created. Trees, flowers were planted and this wonderful place was created. To get to have what is present today it took over 30 years of work and dedication. This place smells of peace and serenity, but also of strength, perseverance and culture.

The Casetta dei Tre Cipressi is immersed in the greenery and tranquility of the Pesaro hill.

In an excellent position both to reach Pesaro (3 km) and the free beach near Fosso Sejore (4 km), and to visit places of historical and cultural interest in the immediate vicinity, such as Novilara (2 km) and Candelara (6 km). .

La Casetta has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, also a double bed. Equipped with heating system with radiators, whose operation is connected with the fireplace.
