Liebevoll eingerichtete und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht von der Terasse. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir haben uns hier wohl gefühlt.

Einzigartig

Cinzia ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin. Wir wurden sehr gut zum Haus geleitet und mit einem leckeren Abendessen empfangen. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Sehr gerne wieder

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Es fing schon an, als Cinzia, unsere Gastgeberin, schon im Bestätigungsmail einen Einladung zum Abendessen am Anreisetag aussprach. Der persönliche Empfang war herzlich und die Wohnungsübergabe unkompliziert. Uns gefiel die Wohnung schon auf den Fotos, weshalb wir dort auch unseren Urlaub buchten. Aber "in echt" war sie noch besser. Man spürte die Wärme, Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft auch in der Einrichtung, die mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet ist. Wirklich ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen. Wir haben -mangels geöffneter Restaurants in der Nachsaison im Oktober- viel selbst gekocht. Es fand sich alles in der gut ausgestatetten Küche. Cinzia versorgte uns mit vielen Informationen und Tipps zur Gegend, den Sehenswürdigkeiten in den schönen Dörfern und Städtchen der Marche. Wir genossen die weniger toristischen Orte in der Nachsaison: Pesaro, Fano, Urbino, Gradara, Gola del Furlo (je ca. 30 Fahrminuten entfernt), aber auch San Leo oder die Grotte di Frasassi waren sehr eindrücklich. Einkaufen kann man unterwegs in den Supermärkten, die auf dem Weg zu den Ausflugszielen liegen. Trotz teilweisem Wetterpech haben wir die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Cinzia und Mauro sind Freunde geworden. Wir werden definitiv wieder dorthin reisen!

Nur zu empfehlen

Die tollen Bewertungen der vorherigen Gäste hatten hohe Erwartungen geschürt, die nicht enttäuscht wurden. Ein wunderschön eingerichtetes Haus in toller Lage, zuvorkommende und sehr herzliche Gastgeber, die viele Tipps geben, die wir gar nicht alle wahrnehmen konnten. Die Marken eine Neuentdeckung für uns, Strände, Landschaft, Kulturstätten vom Feinsten. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden ihn sicher nicht vergessen.

Herrliches Panorama mit großer Gastfreundlichkeit

Wir waren überwältigt von den herzlichen Empfang als wir nach langer Fahrt eingetroffen sind. Die Gastfreundlichkeit von Cinzia, Mauro und der Familie von Cinzia hat uns überwältigt ebenso wie das super leckere Begrüßungsessen. Sie werden immer positiv in unserer Erinnerung bleiben, absolut außergewöhnlich. Die Unterkunft ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail und geschmackvoll, landestypisch eingerichtet...sofortiger Wohlfühlfaktor inklusive!!! Die idyllische Umgebung läd zum Wandern und Radfahren(e-bike empfohlen) ein. Sehenswürdigkeiten gibt es mehr als man im Urlaub besuchen kann, hier sind die Tipps von Cinzia zu empfehlen. Toller Urlaub, abseits vom Massentourismus. Siamo rimasti sopraffatti dalla calorosa accoglienza quando siamo arrivati dopo un lungo viaggio. Siamo rimasti sopraffatti dall'ospitalità di Cinzia, Mauro e della famiglia di Cinzia, così come dal delizioso pasto di benvenuto. Verrai ricordato sempre in modo positivo, assolutamente eccezionale. L'alloggio è arredato con molta cura dei dettagli e con gusto, tipico della campagna...fattore benessere immediato compreso!!! I dintorni idilliaci sono ideali per escursioni a piedi e in bicicletta (si consiglia l'e-bike). Ci sono più luoghi di quelli che puoi visitare in vacanza. I consigli di Cinzia sono consigliati qui; Bellissima vacanza, lontano dal turismo di massa.

Fontecorniale pour connaiseurs

Aufgrund unserer mehrfacher Aufenthalte in den Marken haben wir uns für Fontecorniale mit seiner idyllischen Lage entschieden. Schön war, dass unsere Gastgeber, Cinzia und Mauro, uns sehr umsorgt haben.

Zauberhafte Unterkunft

Herzlicher Empfang durch die Gastgeberin Cinzia, zur Krönung gab es am ersten Abend ein phantastisches, typisches Marken-Abendessen, das ausgezeichnet schmeckte und für einen Genuß am nächsten Mittag auch noch reichte. Das Ferienhaus war sehr gepflegt und überaus geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr viele dekorative Gegenstände, die zum Teil wie aus der Zeit gefallen schienen, aber dem ganzen eine unvergessliche persönliche Note verliehen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen dieses Ferienhaus gerne weiter.

This is the right place

Siete alla ricerca di un posto lontano dallo stress, in campagna, tranquillo? Questo è il posto GIUSTO. La casa è esattamente come appare nelle foto, ampia, arredata con un gusto raffinato (i mobili sono in arte povera e antiquariato, con soluzioni originali pensate da Cinzia). La casa è pulitissimo ed offre un panorama superbo sulla campagna circostante. Facilmente accessibile anche per chi ha moderati problemi di deambulazione si trova tra Fano e Pesaro a circa 30 km all'interno. La posizione è perfetta per godere del mare (circa 30 minuti di macchina) e delle bellissime colline interne delle Marche (la Gola del Furlo è a 30 minuti di macchina, Urbino poco di più). La dotazione della casa è completa con vasellame e pentole di qualità. Cinzia e Mauro sono degli host fantastici e premurosi. Fidatevi dei numerosi consigli di Cinzia che vi aiuteranno a passare delle vacanze fantastiche. Dovessimo fare ancora delle vacanze da queste parti torneremo sicuramente.

Tolle Ferien

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Cinzia und Mauro sehr genossen! Begonnen hat es mit einem sehr herzlichen Empfang, das sehr sehr leckere Begrüßungsessen wurde mangels Sprachkenntnisse begleitet vom "traduttore" (was aber dem Spaß keinen Abbruch getan hat!). Die Kinder hatten viel Freude an den vielen Katzen. Ein wunderbarer Ort mit tollem Blick in die markischen Hügel! Danke, dass wir in eurem Haus eine so schöne Zeit verbringen durften.

Top freundlichkeit

Das Objekt liegt in einen wunderschönen Aussichtslage. Es war alles sehr sauber. Die Vermieter waren sehr freunlicj und wir wurden gleich zum Mittagessen eingeladen. Im Kühlschrank stand Bier und Mineralwasser. Auch eine Flasche Rotwein war anwesend. Wir haben in der Umgebung sehr schönen Touren gemacht. Die direkten Umgebung ist mehr geeignet für sportlichen Fahrrad Touren als für Wanderungen. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Hiermit noch vielen Dank an Zentia und Mauro.

De woning is op een mooie locatie met prachtig vergezicht vanaf het terras. We hebben genoten van de gastvrijheid van de eigenaar en de heerlijke welkomstmaaltijd bij aankomst.

"Die Lage und die Aussicht der Ferienwohnung ist traumhaft. Ebenso die Gastfreundlichkeit und die Kochkunst der Vermieter. Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist ganz liebevoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Sie hat alles,was man braucht und ist äußerst sauber. Wir hatten 2 Wochen wunderschöne Ferien."

séjour magique , maison très bien restaurée avec une déco travaillée et très propre , de la terrasse nous sommes devant une carte postale , situé en zone rurale on profite de l'italie que l'on aime , pour les amoureux de moto gp tavulia est juste à coté ( vr46) , et le meilleur pour la fin les propriétaires sont formidables , un accueil super , plein d'idée de promenade ( cagli , baignade en rivière , château , accès plage ) , un sourire permanent , un grand merci à vous deux

la maison est conforme aux descriptions ; Mauro et Cinzia sont très disponibles pour aider et donner plein de bonnes idées ; la maison, fraiche et calme, est bien située pour explorer les Marches, et à 30 minutes de la plage.

Idéal pour se reposer

La location est spacieuse et très bien équipée, elle est situé au calme dans les collines. ce qui est appréciable après des journées bien remplies. Une terrasse permet de prendre ses repas sur un panorama magnifique. Cette location est bien située pour visiter les alentours, Pesaro, Urbino, Gradara etc.... Les propriétaires sont très chaleureux, accueillant et disponibles. Merci Cinzia et Mauro pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse. A bientôt pour un prochain séjour.

"le vacanze dell''anno 2010 sono state rilassanti - posti molto belli, paesaggi spendidi, persone molto alla mano e di buon cuore. Per i ns. cani (2 golden retriver e 1 labrador) sono state giornate molto interessanti e ogni giorni erano alla riscoperta di nuovi posti dove poter correre liberi. Peccato che le vacanze durano sempre troppo poco.........."
