Panoramic penthouse between Green and Sea with garden deluxe

We will host you in a panoramic apartment on a single house, just renovated and furnished, comfortable and bright, surrounded by the greenery of the San Bartolo Park and a few minutes from the sea. The location has three large bedrooms, dining room and kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with shower, washing machine and services, laundry.
The entrance to the apartment is completely independent with private garden and reserved parking space.
Also ideal for 4-6 people. Car recommended.

For its location within the park, the apartment is ideal, both for sea lovers, reachable in a few minutes even on foot, and for fans of nature and art excursions.
In particular as regards the beaches, the closest are that of Fiorenzuola di Focara, natural, wild and reachable on foot through a path surrounded by greenery and the beach of Baia Vallugola, discreet and sophisticated, with its marina and restaurants on the sea .
Nearby the beaches of Pesaro, Cattolica and Riccione with their colors and events, and the famous Aquafan, Mirabilandia, Fiabilandia and Italia in Miniatura playgrounds.
For nature lovers, the San Bartolo park offers a splendid panorama of greenery overlooking the sea, a wide range of trails, riding stables, excursions and themed events.
For those looking for a holiday full of art and culture, Gradara, Pesaro, Fano and Urbino are nearby destinations easily reachable, as well as Riccione, Rimini and San Marino.
Misano, home to one of the world's most famous motorcycle circuits, is just a few minutes away by car.

Great place to stay

The apartment is very nice with great views to the west. It is close to a very pretty town, the strada panoramico, and the sea. We biked the panoramico on Sunday when it was closed to traffic with e-bikes from Via Panoramico in Gabbice Monte. We were also very close to Pesaro. Stefania is very nice and was very helpful. Our only regret was that we only booked 3 days.

Unser Urlaub in Stefanias schönem Appartement war toll. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Im Garten kann man schön frühstücken und gemütlich unter dem Schirm oder einem Baum sitzen. Das Auto kann direkt am Haus geparkt werden. Stefania ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns gute Tipps für Ausflüge, schöne Strände und gute Restaurants gegeben. Wir können die Ferienwohnung bestens empfehlen.

Es war uns nicht klar, dass man sich mit der Vermieterin den Garten teilt und sozusagen auf deren Terrasse sitzt, auch wenn sie diese nicht nutzt. Leider gibt es den angepriesenen Blick aufs Meer nicht! Und 13 Minuten Fußweg zum Meer von der Unterkunft aus sind stimmen keinesfalls. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Happy to receive another excellent rating, but we would like to underline that the description of our apartment is very accurate. Nowhere it is stated how much does it take to reach the sea—it can be more or less depending on which of the various beaches you choose. Nor it is written that you can see the sea from the apartment. Finally, regarding the terrace, we kindly allowe all our Guests to use it, even though it's not part of the rental apartment, with no additional costs and respecting their privacy.

Ein gelungener Urlaub und eine tolle Gastgeberin

Die Vermieterin Stefania ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Sie spricht sehr gut englisch und gab uns viele wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Sie ist auch jederzeit für Fragen oder Wünsche erreichbar. Man fühlt sich also gut versorgt ;-) Es gab sogar eine Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung. Das Appartement war sauber und schön modern eingerichtet. Klimaanlage vorhanden, was "lebensnotwendig" war bei um die 40°C im 2.OG. Sogar die Handtücher wurden nochmal gewechselt. Einzige kleine Kritikpunkte: es gibt kein Wohnzimmer, nur eine Küche (ohne Couch) - es sei denn, man nutzt das 3.Schlafzimmer als Wohnzimmer. Den Garten teilt man auch quasi mit den Vermietern, es gibt keinen eigenen Bereich und auch wenig Schatten. Die Küche ist inzwischen ganz gut ausgestattet. Stefania rüstet immer wieder auf, wenn Mieter Dinge vermissen. Was in der Anzeige täuscht: kein Meerblick vom Grundstück aus. Das Meer ist ca. 2km entfernt und mit einem ausgiebigen Fußmarsch mit großem Höhenunterschied zu erreichen. In Pesaro gibt es aber einen großen Stand, an dem man nah parken kann. Alles in allem hatten wir einen wunderbaren Urlaub!

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Uns hat es in Fiorenzuola bestens gefallen. Die Wohnung ist schön hell, modern eingerichtet und top sauber. Stefania ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und spricht sehr gut Englisch. So bekamen wir gute Tipps für interessante Ausflüge ,wunderschöne Strände, angenehme Restaurants und vieles mehr. Sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr nette Vermieter

Wir waren als Familie mit 6 Personen Ende August / Anfang September bei Stefania und ihrem Mann zu Gast, und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Stefania und ihr Mann sind sehr herzlich und aufgeschlossen, man kann wunderbar bei einer Tasse Kaffee mit Ihnen plaudern, und bekommt Unterstützung, wenn man etwas braucht. @Stefania: Vielen Dank für die Bereitstellung eures Werkzeugskastens, damit wir die Motorradkette nachspannen konnten, und für den Anruf beim Restaurant zur Platzreservierung :-) Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Und die Lage im Naturpark Monte San Bartolo ist einfach herrlich, mit schönen Sandstränden in der Nähe, kleinen Dörfern mit engen Gassen, Burgen, Kirchen, ...

Ferienwohnung in schöner Umgebung

Stefania ist eine sehr herzliche und nette Vermieterin, die fließend Englisch spricht und einem gerne weiter hilft. In der Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas umfangreicher sein. Jedoch war es insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Stefania ist eine sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, stets um das Wohlwollen ihrer Gäste bemüht. Bettwäsche und Handtücher für Bad sowie Küche gab es im wöchentlichen Wechsel, Stefania bot uns auch einen Sonnenschirm und Strandlaken an. Die helle, saubere Wohnung ist feriengerecht möbeliert und liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig an der SS16, sodaß man zwischen Ravenna und Pescara schnell alle Küstenorte erreicht.

Wunderschöne und große Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten ein wunderschöne Zeit. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und sauber. Wir waren im September dort und es war an jedem Tag trotz der 3.Etage angenehm kühl. Stephania ist eine ungemein herzliche Vermieterin, sie hat sich so herzlich um all unsere Fragen und Belange gekümmert. Zentrale Lage

Saubere, neu renovierte Wohnung, luftig und hell, mit Ausblicken zu allen vier Himmelsrichtungen. Wegen vielen Treppenstufen zum OG nicht für bewegungseingeschränkte Personen geeignet. Ausstattung spartanisch, ggf. Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher sowie Bettdecken und (bessere) Kopfkissen mitnehmen. Lärmempfindliche Menschen werden sich wg. Verkehr und Hundegebell nicht wohlfühlen, alle anderen schon eher. Das Auto kann ohne zu rangieren müssen, sicher im Hof abgestellt werden. Man ist relativ schnell an diversen Stränden, allerdings nur mit dem Auto. Freundliche hilfsbereite Vermieter.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr gefallen. Sie ist hell, freundlich und sauber und bietet eine fantastische Aussicht. Die Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen freundlich und engagiert. Die Ferienwohnung ist leicht zu erreichen, sogar optimal mit dem Linienbus. Man erreicht zu Fuß einen sehr schönen Strand und einige Restaurants sowie einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen, Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Sommerferien

Tolle (neu renovierte) Wohnung im Familienhaus der Eigentümer, mit allem was man braucht (inkl. Waschmaschine). Durch die erhöhte Lage im Naturschutzgebiet, hat man eine wunderbare Aussicht und ist gleichzeitig schnell (Auto) an diversen Stränden sowie (historischen) Städten/Stätten in der Umgebung. Stefania ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung steht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ganz lieben Dank, liebe Stefania und Familie!

Great apartment

A very clean and nice apartment, the owners are very friendly. Stefania gives very good tips for activities and the region. The beach nearby can be reached on foot, but the climb up can be a bit exhausting. But there are several alternatives which can be reached quickly by car, parking spaces are available. We would always book the apartment with Stefania.
