Enjoyed our stay

The place was nice and check in and out was a breeze. We really enjoyed ourselves and liked that the home had plenty of towels, beach and pool toys, etc... Great place to stay.

We had an amazing stay at this rental. The property and location are beautiful and very well maintained. Property is close to shopping, beaches and other attractions for all ages. Will definitely re-book this property in the future.

Nice and convenient

Nice neighborhood and the house had plenty of room, adequate kitchen setup for cooking and small get together. Great location for shopping, eating out and exploring surrounding areas.

Quiet, Relaxing and Perfect

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was quiet. The pool was relaxing and the house was clean and perfect for our stay. Our host was great and communicated very well with us through the whole process. I would highly recommend staying here.

Gulf Haven getaway

Property was as advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and in the surrounding area. Took a overnight trip to Clearwater Beach which was a little over an hour away but utilized restaurants stores and pickleball courts and golf in the immediate Spring Hill area.

Lovely quiet pool home

Very clean with great furnishings and a very well equipped kitchen. Nice caged pool that was well maintained. Good location in a quiet neighborhood

"Sun Bunnies vs. Snow Bunnies"

Overall very enjoyable over 2 month stay. The Property with the inclusive items such as TP, garbage bags, dish soap, minor incidental supplies is geared more for a short stay vs an extended stay, which was understandable. The pool enclosure (netting) needs a make over, however; it did, despite the holes in certain areas, keep the majority of unwanted pests out of the pool.

Nice pool, great location

Its the little things that made me give this stay a 3.5 not a 5 star. Before arriving we had bought groceries thinking there would be at least salt & pepper available to season our dinner with that first night. Not the case. The toaster never worked. The dryer worked sometimes. No privacy for the master bedroom bathroom, they have placed some cheap accordion plastic door with a huge gap where others can see you using the restroom. (a regular door or barn door, would be a lot better). The sink in the bathroom had a clog and took forever to drain, this started on day 2 of our 10 day stay. The house is in a great location for shopping and it had a nice pool. Inside of the house was nice & clean upon arrival. I would've like to give this a great review but please, take the time to make your guest feel welcome.

war nicht das erste Mal für uns, das Haus liegt perfekt, nur wenige Minuten zu Gastro - Shopping - Autobahn. Nur 40 Minuten von Tampa Airport, 25 min zum Strand. Pool und Garten werden jeden Mittwoch gereinigt bzw gemäht. TV Entertainment typisch USA. Klima top. Poolarea top. Elektrogeräte alles vor Ort, leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber funktioniern. Uns hat es wieder top gefallen.

Für Otto Normalverbraucher ein Top Haus

Haus war mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bäder und mit großen Pool mehr als top für uns zwei, Außenanlage und Pool wurden wöchentlich gepflegt, es war alles vorhanden, komplette Kücheneinrichtung. Klima war top. Eins könnte man verbessern, Mikro und Herd sind funktionstüchtig sollte man aber mal erneuern.Die Wohngegend sehr ruhig aber sehr zentral, alles in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Tolle Zeit, immer wieder gern. Preis - Leistung top!!!

schönes Haus mit Pool, sehr ruhige Lage, Nachbarschaft war zu uns sehr freundlich, Hausmeisterservise für Pool und Rasen war sehr gut. Es gibt immer etwas woran sich der Eine oder Andere stört, uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, gerne wieder. Preis - Leistung hervorragend. B&K Germany

Spring Hill Stay

The house was great and so was the pool. Only a couple of things, clothes dryer vent needs to be cleaned or it needs to be repaired. It should not take 4 hours to dry a load of clothes. I also think that they should leave it a little better stocked. 1 kitchen garage bag is not enough. But we bought some. We did enjoy our stay.

Very nice

Home one of the best in neighborhood. Very clean and well furnished. Experienced a few minor maintenance issues, most serious was vertical blinds being inoperative in living and bedroom. Local manager did address a different issue right away so I assume all will be taken care of quickly. Pool was well maintained and great. Quiet neighborhood and close to shopping and restaurants. Will consider returning.

As advertised, clean

House was overall clean and well kept. We were disappointed not having heat for the pool but we do understand equipment failure and appreciated knowing about that in advance. King bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

Great stay

It was a perfect stay. My concern for the host is their are several lights out including the entryway. The pool was beautiful but the screen door is broken allowing some small little visitors. The gutters are clogged making water leak through the top of the Lanai causing pools of black stains. The biggest concern was the gas grill. We replaced the propane because it appeared previous guests were using it as a charcoal grill as evidenced by the condition of the grill and the presence of lighter fluid. Of my concern is his property could literally burn down. The stay was great and the home beautiful

Grate place!

Good looking house when we pulled up. Nice clean house on the inside looked nicer than pictures . Pool was grate. Nice and clean. The house had all you needed for our stay. Quiet neighborhood. Good neighbors. Would stay there again. Thanks for the use of your home!
