All amenities and accommodations fit our needs perfectly. Excellent location for activities in town and great road access for out of town activities. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, some shopping and in a very nice neighborhood. We will rent again.

We have stayed at this home before and it is very clean and well appointed. The yard was also well kept and we noted the new fence which was very nice. It is close to the friends we visit and will probably rent again.

This is our second year staying in this house, we love itThey made some updates, such as new doors, window treatments, new comfy patio furniture and they even put in a small pool heater with a pool cover. The water wasn’t super warm but warm enough (79 degrees)for us to spend time in it on the 80 degree days. We had a problem with the internet, so Ruth sent her son to help. Turns out the equipment was old so he got the new equipment from Spectrum and installed it for us. Thanks Marco!The house is always spotless when we arrive and Ruth is very easy to work withThe neighborhood is very nice as wellThey also put in a new fence and our dog loved running around the back yardWe loved the pool table in the garage and played a few games every dayWe definitely recommend this house

Pool is not heated, it was chilly. However the house was very clean other than I think bathrooms could have been cleaned better. Quiet neighborhood. Owner was wonderful and messaged back fast and let us check in a couple hours early which was wonderful. Over all great place to stay!

Spring Hill vacation

Easy check in. Even had the property owner message me that we could check in early. Lots of space in the home. Extra security for the doors out to the pool for small children. We rented this because it was 2 miles from where my mom lives as we were visiting family and it was great! Will definitely return!

We were very pleased with the house and pool area, the appliances were excellent, we had no needs. The cool water in the frig was appreciated. The yard showed no evidence of past pet use, but could have been a little neater, raked and limbs removed from near the fence. Only thing that would help is labeling the light switches.

Great house and neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. It’s small, being 2 bedroom, but very well laid out and the rooms were a nice sizeThe house was nicely decorated and comfortable. We also thought it was a nice idea to use the enclosed porch as a play area for kids with lots of fun toysThe pool area was very nice, wish the pool was heated but the covered lanai was relaxing It also has a large fenced in backyard that our dog enjoyed The neighborhood was very nice and we met a few of the neighbors who were very friendly. Definitely felt safeThere is a pool table in the garage and we played pool almost every night, loved it! The only drawback for us was a busy street one block away that this homes street connects to. The noise was not a factor at the house and may not be an issue for others that stay, but we always walk our dog at least 3 times a day and we could not avoid that busy street while walking him or riding our bikes. All in all we really enjoyed the home and would recommend

Beautiful, Quiet, Centrally Located

Communication was great with owner and property manager. The WIFI wasn’t working so the manager had to come and replace the router, no issues after that. The home was very spacious & clean. Very quiet, lovely neighborhood. There was a plumbing issue that was quickly resolved by property manager. That was very much appreciated. The main bathroom door had a pretty small entryway. I thought it was a pantry, it was an oddly small doorway. But a fully functional bathroom. A second bathroom was available if needed. The washer & dryer are setting on a pedestal, if you are 5’7” or shorter you will find it difficult to get the clothes out of the washer. I’m not sure why it’s sitting so high. It’s not user friendly for shorter people. Other than that, it was a great rental. Open and spacious. Very clean and well stocked with necessities. The pool was beautiful, screened in so you could sit outside and enjoy a peaceful night. The back yard is completely fenced in, that was nice with having to travel with my special needs fur baby. Well lit. Plenty of outside comfortable seating. One of the sliding glass doors tracking needs fixing, it doesn’t slide easily. You really had to force it open and closed. We were compensated for issues that occurred which we appreciated. That being said, it was a very nice rental in a good area. And had very attentive owner and property manager.
