In the third bedroom there are two single beds, while the fourth and last bedroom has a single bed and a trundle bed.

On the impressive floor, you will find a beautiful living area, furnished with comfortable sofas, and two dining areas. The television on the stone wall broadcasts German channels. The same floor also has a spacious, fully equipped independent kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower, to be shared among the villa's guests. The entire house has hot/cold air conditioning, which helps maintain the same temperature throughout your stay.

The 750 m2 of the fenced plot is distributed in a huge porch with a cozy chill-out area and a dining table, a perfectly maintained garden with a fantastic private pool, and a brick barbecue.
