Villa La Vista owes its name to the spectacular views of those it presumes. It is located right on the sea shore, down directly to it by a private road. It has capacity for 15 people, since it has 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, being difficult to find villas with these characteristics.

It has a large private pool. This pool is surrounded by large gardens where you can sunbathe and enjoy a good holiday with family and friends.

It is located in the exclusive urbanization of Roche, with one of the best beaches in the area where there are only virgin coves in the province.

A house with a view

Het verblijf was geweldig, super mooie villa, mooie stijl in terracotta kleur. Zeer mooie slaapkamers met badkamers. Woonkamer niet veel gebruikt maar mooi ingericht ruim overdekt terras en zeer grote tuin met privé pad naar strand.fijn zwembad. Al met al waren we verliefd op het huis en locatie

Beautiful house in a fantastic location

We liked the location very much. Only a few steps to the beach! The house itself would need some improvements (Cable TV, Sound System, jkitchen supplies, lighting etc). But the location and the pool is top. Therefore 5 stars.

Magnifique !

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour en famille dans cette villa. Les photos sur l'annonce reflètent tout à fait la réalité. L'emplacement est idéal, on ne peut rêver mieux. Juste quelques marches à descendre pour accéder à la mer, la plage est immense et quasi déserte en cette période de l'année (fin mai). La villa est belle et spacieuse. Seul petit point négatif : elle est un peu "vieillotte" (douches, robinetteries, cuisine) ! Mériterait un rafraîchissement ! Mais... l'emplacement, la vue à couper le souffle, la proximité du bord de mer, la grande piscine sécurisée, le jardin et ses abords, la terrasse... prennent le dessus sur le "négatif" !!! Conclusion : nous y retournerons, ça c'est sûr !

Fantastic villa right on the beach!

Our family group stayed here in May 2019 and had a wonderful holiday! The villa was very spacious and well equipped with a large garden and a super private pool. But of course it was the sea views, waking up and gazing directly out to the Atlantic that makes this villa special. There is a path at the end of the garden that leads straight on to the amazing beach, beautiful golden sand that stretches for miles. We all enjoyed strolling along the shoreline throughout the day. The waves are quite significant and a draw for surfers, but makes a dip in the sea great fun! We were slightly ahead of the main season in the area – which looks like it starts 01 June – so many of the beach bars were closed whilst we were there. There are a couple just 30 mins walk away, however. I’d really recommend the Albatross that is directly on the beach and serves excellent food. The region has some very interesting places to visit. We loved walking around the historic old town in Cadiz and drove out to Vejer, a beautiful white washed town up in the hills nearby. Gustavo was very helpful, both before and during our stay, providing some extra towels when we needed them and wifi troubleshooting upon arrival. Overall, the villa provided an excellent location for a fantastic family holiday. Thankyou Gustavo!

Traumhafter Bungalow an der Costa de la Luz

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche an der Costa de Luz verbracht. Das Haus bietet allen Komfort für eine grosse Familie. Jeder hat sein eigenes Schlafzimmer und ein eigenes Bad. Frühstück und Abendessen haben wir immer am grossen Tisch auf der überdachten Terrasse im Freien genossen. Zwischen Terrasse und Meer lädt ein Pool zu einer kleinen Erfrischung ein. Schöner ist es jedoch, direkt über die Treppe zum Strand und zum Schwimmen in den Atlantik zu gehen. Für den Aufenthalt gibt es vom Vermieter Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Bei der Übergabe des Hauses ist am Anfang und Ende der Verwalter und die Haushaltshilfe persönlich vor Ort. Der Verwalter ist jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar und hilft gerne. Sehr angenehm. Ausflüge nach Jerez, Sevilla, Cadiz und Tarifa in mit dem sind alle in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir kommen wieder.

A fantastic situation almost on the beach

This villa was ideal for our grandchildren and those who wanted to spend all their time on the beach or in the pool. The gardens were spacious and the views fantastic, with glorious sunsets. More sun loungers would have been welcome. The interior was simple and the facilities relatively basic, but perfectly adequate for our purposes, especially as we were able to eat all our meals outside. We visited in October, when the weather was beautifully mild, so we cannot judge how we would have coped in the high heat of Summer. As a summer holiday location, Roche is very quiet in the Autumn, so there were no local cafes and few shops, so it was necessary to drive rather than stroll in order to enjoy the Spanish ambience, apart from one excellent high-end restaurant nearby. All 10 of us had a wonderful time
