This beautiful holiday home is an isolated, detached house. The privileged setting in the middle of nature and the heart of the province of Malaga, which is less than 20 km, guarantees full privacy and tranquillity. The property is also the perfect spot where to relax after a day spent discovering the beauties of the capital city of the Costa del Sol. The villa is ideal for a family holiday, or a relaxing getaway with your better half since it relies on all the comforts and amenities to make your stay the best possible.

This marvellous, two-storey house features three bedrooms on the first floor, which you can access from the left part of the living space. All of them have been designed in a modern style and painted with relaxing colours that ensure the quietest sleep. Two of them are equipped with one double bed each, and in the third bedroom, you will find two twin beds. Besides, the three bedrooms are also equipped with wardrobes and chests of drawers for you to unpack and store your clothes neatly. The house is also provided with two bathrooms with a shower (one on each floor).

The remaining part of the indoor area welcomes a spacious dining-living room, equipped with a 6-place dining table, a sofa, a wood-burning fireplace and a 50-inch TV with USB. The room's decoration, in the shades of white, combined with the wooden furniture and peculiar ceiling, creates a rustic ambience, where warmth and cosiness are the absolute masters. Near the lounge room, you will find an independent kitchen, equipped with glass-ceramic, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, smaller appliances and full kitchenware.

The house is equipped with warm/cool air-con and central heating via hot-water radiators in the bedrooms.

The spacious fenced plot of roughly 3,000 square metres is divided into three parts: two porches (one in the backyard and one in the front yard), the garden and the pool area. In the porches, you will be able to enjoy delicious food in the area for "al fresco" dining and relax in the shade on the hammocks. This area of the house is ideal for a family BBQ, as well as allowing you and your beloved ones to enjoy the saltwater of the private pool. The plot is completely fenced, and the access is possible through a motorized iron gate; on the right side, you will also find a private parking lot and an outdoor toilet.

The access to the villa is possible via an unpaved lane.

Wij hebben afgelopen week met z’n 6-en in dit mooie huis vakantie gevierd. Het is nog mooier dan de foto’s. Na goed app contact met Jose zijn wij onder begeleiding van hem bij het huis aangekomen. In de koelkast lag wat lekkers voor ons klaar. Het huis is erg mooi, frisse slaapkamers, en mooie schone badkamers. De tuin is mooi groen en ruim, en er staan 6 ligbedden voor je klaar met strandlakens. Water van het zwembad is lekker op temperatuur om een duik te nemen en af te koelen. Voor de natuurliefhebbers…. Er zitten mooie en aparte vogels in buurt om te spotten, zoals de Hop en Bijeneter. Een auto is wel noodzakelijk. Het ligt vrij afgelegen. Dat heeft wel een pluspunt.. want het is ontzettend rustig. Je komt dus ook echt helemaal tot rust. Wij hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad en willen in de toekomst nog een keer boeken.

Letzte Woche haben wir mit 6 von uns in diesem schönen Haus einen Feiertag gefeiert. Es ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Nach gutem App-Kontakt mit Jose kamen wir in Begleitung von ihm am Haus an. Wir hatten ein paar Leckereien im Kühlschrank. Das Haus ist sehr schön, frische Schlafzimmer und schöne, saubere Badezimmer. Der Garten ist schön grün und weitläufig, und es stehen 6 Sonnenliegen mit Strandtüchern für Sie bereit. Das Wasser im Pool ist schön warm, um ein Bad zu nehmen und sich abzukühlen. Für die Naturliebhaber…. In der Nähe gibt es schöne und ungewöhnliche Vögel zu entdecken, wie den Wiedehopf und den Bienenfresser. Ein Auto ist notwendig. Es ist ziemlich abgelegen. Das hat ein Plus .. weil es sehr leise ist. Sie können sich also wirklich entspannen. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und würden gerne in Zukunft wieder buchen.

Though having a car is a must as the location is remote, the mountain walks, the air and the nearby villages give enough options to relax and recharge if you dont want to go into the city of Malaga.
