The house "ORSA MINORE" (the blue one in the plan) has an area of 40 sq m habitable and 30 sq m covered veranda.
Inside there is an air conditioner of the heat pump type.
A total of 5 beds can be used.
The house consists of a double bedroom plus an opening bed, a space in the sleeping area with a single bed, a lounge with kitchenette where there is a double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower.
The house "ORSA MAGGIORE" (the red one in the plan) has an area of 90 m2 and 35 m2 of covered veranda.
A heat pump-type air conditioner is installed inside.
A total of 8 comfortable beds can be used, which can be extended to 10 beds if necessary.
