Appartement fonctionnel, calme

Appartement fonctionnel, bien meublé, idéal pour 2 adultes + 2 enfants, au 1er étage, surface idéale pour séjour 1 semaine. Environnement très calme, un parc à côté, les restaurants de la Fondamenta de la Misericordia à 5 min à pied ;-) Arrêt Vapporetto à 3 min à pied, très pratique. Rien ne manque sauf peut-être une machine à laver ;-) Sergio hôte de confiance.

Un très bon choix

Une très bonne communication s'est vite installée entre le propriétaire et nous. Nous avons été pris en charge sur place avec bienveillance et sérieux. Nous avons été enchantés de ce séjour. Notre hôte s'est montré charmant et efficace. L'appartement était impeccable. Nous recommandons chaleureusement Sergio Ruffini !

Très agréable

L'appartement, refait à neuf, bien équipé, est très agréable. Situé dans le quartier du Cannaregio, il est à deux pas de la très belle église de Saint Alvise, d'un parc, de la piscine et du vaporetto. Et à 5 minutes de (bons) restaurants et de bars, où l'on peut déguster, loin de la foule, un spritz au bord d'un canal: enchanteur!

No more hotels for us!

The apartment is very well maintained, comfortable, spacious and fully equipped, up to and including 2 mocha pots and excellent coffee. Sergio is a welcoming and helpful host who lives nearby. The quiet location couldn't be more convenient: just 2 minutes from S. Alvise vaporetto stop and 10 minutes from the Orto Alilaguna stop (half hourly fast Linea Arancia service to Marco Polo airport). There's a good local supermarket about 5 minutes away, and a choice of excellent restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Rialto is a brisk 25 minute walk, San Marco a little further. We've been to Venice a number of times and this is by far our most comfortable and pleasant accommodation. No more hotels for us!

Excellent base in quiet neighbourhood

The flat is in a quiet residential neighbourhood, 1 min. walk from San Alvise vaporetto, with market stalls, shops & bars all in walking distance. The flat is comfortable, clean, pleasantly decorated and spacious, the kitchen very well equipped. Sergio, the owner, was very accommodating and helpful. The only minor niggle is that the sofa-bed mattress in the livingroom could be firmer. We had a great stay and would certainly stay here again.
