Hosting two bedrooms; one king-size with an en-suite bathroom, and one double, along with a shared bathroom, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside there is an enclosed front garden with outdoor dining furniture, and off-road parking for one car. Barn End is a wonderful retreat in the Lincolnshire countryside offering two couples a chance to relax. Please note: Holidays can only take place Monday - Friday, Friday - Monday or for a week Friday - Friday.

Amenities: LPG central heating throughout. Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, coffee maker, Smart TV, DVD player and selection of DVD's and Free WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent (and in Winter months, lit before your arrival for that extra warm welcome). Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Off-road parking for one car but plenty of room on the farm for more cars. Small garden with lawn and dining furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop within 2 miles, pub within 2.2 miles. Please Note: The River Till is a pleasant 10 minute walk from Barn End where there is a private peg on their private river bank.
