Absolutely beautiful converted barn, set in a lovely village, we had everything we needed and more, the host Jayne greeted us on the driveway and was very pleasant, we had a lovely meal in the pub across the road the homemade chips were delicious Thank you for a lovely stay would highly recommend this holiday home
This is our second stay and I'm sure we will be back again. This place is lovely with all the facilities you need. The house feels very spacious and has the added bonus of a hot tub where my wife and daughter spent many many hours!. Great comms with the owners and they are very friendly. Love it here and will be back
Beautiful converted barn.
Great accommodation in beautiful village.
First class property with everything you could ever need and lovely small touches making it a cut above!
Highly recommended!
Absolutely loved staying at the Dairy Barn, it was so comfortable and Jayne our host had put a lot of time and care ensuring that there’s everything needed for a home from home feel.
The Barn is in a great location in a very pleasant village, just a few miles from lots of attractions and heritage sites.
Jayne provided a very comprehensive guide too of places of interest and the best ways to get around.
We enjoyed our stay so much and would definitely like to return at some point.
Would definitely recommend.
Superbly appointed home in beautiful village location, steps from the village green, two pubs, and village shop. We especially enjoyed the large kitchen, comfortable beds, hot tub, and spacious reception room for relaxing with a glass of wine after a long day sightseeing. Hosts were gracious and helpful. Would definitely return.
Probably the best holiday let/cottage we have stayed in over the past 11 years. Spotlessly clean with all the home comforts and more. The kitchen was better equipped than my one at home!!!
Hot tub was a lovely addition
Great welcome basket - plum bread a new firm favourite.
Jayne the host greeted us on arrival which was really nice
Very quiet village with a nice pub opposite.
Conveniently located near Lincoln and the Lincolnshire Wolds
Would highly recommend
The Barn was superb, the only thing that let it down was the pub opposite wasn’t open until the Wednesday of our stay and didn’t serve food until the Friday and that was the day of our homecoming.

A fabulous hideaway home.
The barn has been delightfully converted to create a light, airy, but very cosy holiday home.
Jayne has considered every visitors needs and has equipped the barn with everything you could possibly need whilst you're there. This house is like a home. There are flowers in pots outside, the patio area is welcoming, even solar lights at night to give a super cosy feel. Inside is a joy. Lots of space, every facility available and its just a delightful place to relax and unwind. A real find!
The Old Dairy Barn cottage is ideally located for a quiet stay in a rural Lincolnshire village. The cottage is modern and very comfortable with all you will need to relax and enjoy the area. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious and the beds very comfortable. Jayne, our host was very accommodating and helpful and left us a welcome basket with delicious treats and necessities such as milk, bread and eggs. There are two pubs within walking distance but they only seem to serve food on weekends. However, the Fox and Hounds Inn in Willingham is only about a twelve minute drive away and serves delicious food if you do not wish to cook.
We loved our stay and so did my elderly parents.
We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful converted barn in the pretty little village of Ingham, there were just 3 of us on a family visit to the area. The house had everything we needed and is furnished to a high standard.
There is a nice pub right outside the front door and another one just around the corner
Our hosts were very kind and helpful and gave us a lovely welcome basket which was much appreciated. There was also a hot tub which we sadly did not use this time but we certainly will on our next visit.
Great communication at all times with Jayne.
We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Lincoln.
The property was very nicely decorated and spacious. Every home comfort you could wish for, along with an extremely well equipped property. Lots of welcome extra touches from Jayne, the owner, who was very friendly. It was a good base for exploring the locality. We would definitely recommend it.
Excellent welcome pack - friendly family -quiet and very well appointed. Nice outdoor space. Very comfortable.
Would highly recommend.

An absolutely beautiful, well equipped, well loved, home-away from home.
The Dairy Barn is a wonderful property located in the quaint and quiet area of Ingham. With a local pub a stone’s throw away and Jayne our wonderful host on hand to attend to any needs we had we were well at home. It is very rare to find a property with two double beds each with an en suite which is just one of the many attractive features of this beautifully renovated property. We were welcomed with a full tour of the barn and a complimentary gift basket of local produce along with trusted recommendations of places to see nearby. We had a couple of lovely walks and even went as far as the Lincolnshire Wolds (a 30 minute drive away) and had a lovely meal at the Dambusters Inn Pub. Thank you Jayne for a most wonderful stay and start to the new year. We will definitely be returning.

Six star accommodation!
A quiet rural setting, yards from a pub, brilliant accommodation of the highest standard - what's not to like?! Two good sized double bedrooms with en suites make it very comfortable for two couples and the separate lounge is beautifully presented. We found the kitchen dining area very well equipped with excellent cookware, crockery and cutlery - two sets of everything so you did not run out if the dishwasher was full. The welcome of Lincolnshire food products was very generous and we could not have asked for more positive hosts. Excellent.

First Class
Excellent stay in great accommodation with a very welcoming owner who
left us a nice welcome package of local produce.
There are two lovely pubs in the village "The Inn on the Green" which is just across the street and the "Black Horse" just a 5 minute walk away both do food.
We will definitely be returning in the future.
