This beautiful, bright apartment has been completely renovated in order to offer a comfortable and modern service for a peaceful holiday.

Its refined decoration and comfort are the main assets.

The living room, decorated with bay windows across its entire width, is bright and bathed in sunshine.
The well-equipped kitchen is open to the dining area.

The living room offers a sofa convertible into a real comfortable double bed from which you can watch television, or book in peace.

The bedroom offers a double bed of 140 and plenty of storage.

The bathroom, with shower, is equipped with a washing machine.

The private terrace allows you to take your meals in peace, outside, in the sun. A garden furniture is available to take full advantage of it.

The apartment has a private parking space and you can have access to the bike room if necessary.

There is no shortage of sports, cultural activities or walking trails. In Fouesnant (10 min), tens of kilometers are to be covered in the marshes, on foot or by bicycle.
For swimming, you will have the choice between a large family beach or small preserved coves.
