The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers to you to rent, on the commune of Bénodet, this charming flat with an exceptional sea view and on the mouth of Odet, swimming pool within the residence, of a surface of 39 m ² and being able to accommodate to 4 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 19 m², a fitted kitchenette, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony.
The flat is composed as follows:
- A 19 m² living room with TV, two sofa beds and a dining area
- A kitchenette equipped with: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, 4-burner electric hob, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
Outside :
- A balcony of more than 7 m² facing south/south west equipped with outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful days and take your meals facing the sea
Common area :
- A shared swimming pool belonging to the residence, open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. from April to late September (heated only from late May to mid-September).
The flat is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. The access to the beach 50m is done by crossing the shared garden of the residence without any road to cross.
You will be able to benefit from a mini-market at less than 50m, a supermarket at 15 min walk, pharmacy, market but also shops, restaurants, bars, casino...
