Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay in Bamboo cottage, was easy to find and Linda and David were great hosts. We really enjoyed the area and the hot tub was great. Would definitely stay again if we are travelling in Brittany.

Very cosy cottage with everything. there. Very nice hosts who will do everything for you to have a good time. Quiet surrounding beautiful garden. Lots of info for walking and biking. Very clean. Nearby a shop for little things and bread.

Relaxing Hideaway

A really lovely bolthole in a quiet location. A relaxing garden for guests to use. Wonderful hosts that made our stay more enjoyable and daily visits from their cat Felix!

Fabulous holiday in Brittany

Cute little hamlet

It was fun to stay in what was a former barn in centuries past but is now a cozy apartment with all the modern conveniences. It’s a lovely and peaceful area and my hosts went above and beyond in welcoming me and helping me to explore the area.

Perfect place for relaxing

We enjoyed the lovely garden and specially the jacuzzi tub in the garden. Specially heated for us. Very quiet, flowerful place with perfect welcome - Cidre and bread. With the perfect tipps of Linda and David we felt home in the Bamboo cottage as well in the region. So we prolonged our stay.

Welcoming and tranquil with perfect hosts

Bamboo cottage is spotlessly clean, finished to a high standard and well equipped. Linda and David are helpful and friendly and on hand if you need them. We enjoyed walking down to the riverside bar and the canal and exploring Josselin and Vannes and we loved returning to the beautiful gite and the amazing wood fired hot tub.

Beautiful spot

Excellent. Linda and her husband went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy at all times and we were! The situation is picturesque and peaceful in a very rural area; you definitely need a car here. The hamper of goodies was really welcome. Wonderful stay and suited us personally.

A Wonderful Place to Stay

This small, compact yet stocked-with-everything-we needed-VRBO was just what we needed as we traveled the Morbihan area. We loved the little patio table where we had a bite to eat and refreshments each evening. Our meal outside allowed us having the most delightful chats with the owners, Linda and David. They made us feel so welcome as did the welcome basket of cider, eggs, and homemade bread. Thanks for all you do to make The Bamboo Cottage such a wonderful place to stay.

Very nice place

We had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful place. As soon as we arrived we were delighted by the warm welcome from Linda and David. Our accommodation had everything we needed. The entire complex exudes a wonderful sense of peace and quiet, the garden is very natural on the one hand, but is also very well maintained and lovingly laid out. Linda and David gave us valuable tips for trips in the area and were always available to help and advise when needed. Thank you very much for this, the two of them are role models of good hosts.

Rural retreat

This property was immaculately clean, very well provided for, everything you might need and such warm welcoming hosts who were always ready to respond to any additional request and to offer helpful advice about the area, places to visit, restaurants etc. The garden offers lots of space - which for us was used for relaxing in the shade with our books. A real sense of being away from it all and yet the beautiful river Blavet is very close for walking swimming canoeing etc . We enjoyed a lovely evening hot tub admiring the stars. The hosts went over and above their role in giving us a very memorable stay - many thanks to Linda and Dave.

Für uns eine der schönsten Unterkünfte auf unserer Reise. Ein bezaubernder Garten, der uns uneingeschränkt zur Verfügung stand (mit Whirlpool, Tischtennis, Badminton), ein sehr sauberes und komfortabel eingerichtetes Haus (Handtücher mit Schleifchen, Bademäntel, sehr gut eingerichtete Küche etc.). Das ruhige Idyll haben sich die beiden überaus freundlichen, ja herzlichen Gastgeber geschaffen und teilten es mit uns. Bei der Ankunft erwarteten uns Brot, Eier, Butter, zwischendrin verwöhnten sie uns mit Croissants, zum Abschied gab es noch ein Körbchen mit Kartoffeln aus dem eigenen Garten. Tipps und Hinweise waren selbstredend. Im Ganzen ein rundum empfehlenswertes Reiseziel, wenn man Ruhe und Erholung sucht. Danke an Linda und David.Carola und Eugen

Un havre de paix pour travailler et se ressourcer

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce studio, au calme, en pleine nature. L’endroit est idéal pour télétravailler : la connexion Internet est excellente, et le cadre vraiment apaisant. Pendant nos pauses, on a adoré profiter du jardin et faire de longues balades avec notre chien dans la forêt toute proche.Le studio est très bien pensé, équipé avec soin jusque dans les moindres détails – on s’y sent tout de suite à l’aise. Un grand merci à Linda et David, des hôtes vraiment adorables, qui nous ont accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse… et même quelques produits locaux en cadeau à notre arrivée !Seule chose à savoir : il n’y a ni commerces ni restaurants à moins de 15 minutes en voiture, donc mieux vaut venir préparé. Mais ce petit "inconvénient" est largement compensé par la tranquillité du lieu. On recommande sans hésiter !

1 semaine au coeur du Morbihan

Très joli petit gîte dans 1 très joli jardin. Grand respect de la nature et de la biodiversité. Propriétaires sur place très discrets. A recommander pour un séjour loin de la foule du littoral.
