Bedroom: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, 24" Freeview Smart TV Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. LPG central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack and doggy extras. Small, enclosed lawned garden with patio and garden furniture. 1 well-behaved dog welcome. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There are 2 steps in the garden.. Harry’s Den is close to the beach and features views over fields to the rear. Next to the owner’s home, this semi-detached property is ideal as a base for exploring the area or somewhere to simply sit back and relax. It is just a mile to the beach where you can enjoy a coffee and food in the North Sea Observatory at Chapel Point and take in the uninterrupted views across the beach and sea. Travel into the traditional seaside resort of Skegness, with entertainment for everyone during both day and night. Butlins or Fantasy Island offer great days out, and inland there is the Georgian market Town of Louth and the Lincolnshire Wolds. There are good walks and cycle routes throughout the area, with the coast road to Anderby Creek and Sandilands a popular route. Beach 1 mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ¾ mile.

What a fabulous property! The place is spotless and beautifully designed.

What a fabulous property! The place is spotless and beautifully designed. Comfy sofa, well equipped kitchen, lovely big shower and the owners have thoughtfully provided everything you could need for your stay including a welcome basket with fresh eggs and bread. Your dogs aren’t forgotten either as there is even a box of treats10 mins or so walk to a lovely local pub which is dog friendly and the locals very welcoming. The area itself is quiet and peacefulThe views are to die for, we will miss gazing out onto the open fields and seeing the cows grazing over our morning coffeesThank you Noemi and Leigh, we returned home yesterday and already miss it, will definitely be back!
