Located in via Lupo Protospata, a few steps from the center of Matera, COZY HOUSE is a newly renovated, elegant and welcoming apartment. It is tastefully furnished in a modern style and cared for in the finishes: everything has been designed and created to offer guests total serenity and a comfortable and comfortable stay. The 45 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a quiet residential building and consists of a double bedroom, an equipped and habitable kitchen, a bathroom with shower and can comfortably accommodate 3 or 4 people.

Cozy House is equipped with an innovative door and door opening system through a secure keyboard system that allows the guest maximum autonomy. Before arrival, the Guest will receive a message on his mobile phone with all the instructions for self check-in.

The apartment is entirely and exclusively usable by guests in all its parts and the Host is available to the Guest in case of need because he lives and works a few minutes from the apartment.

Near the structure there are a whole series of services that will allow the Guest a pleasant and comfortable stay in the city of the Sassi: green areas, bars, supermarkets, groceries, pharmacies, banks and various shops.

CozyHouse is equipped with all comforts: free Wi-Fi, bathroom kit, hairdryer, independent and ducted heating and cooling system, kitchen complete with dishes and cleaning kit, independent access.

It can be easily reached by car and has free parking spaces in front of and near the hotel.
