I was really good at the villa poropati besides the fact of the very considerable comfort and 'Also important to care for the babies in fact as well as a real playground Also there is a room for the playstation. paradise for the whole family

Absolutely must...comfort and relaxation...

Poropati is positioned perfectly if you are interested to be close to Motovu, Grožnjan and to visit the rest of coastal towns of Istria, although you should check your map or GPS to find it. Once you are there, you are surrounded just with quietness and sounds of nature. Owner of the amazing villa was very helpful since the first mail, helping us reach destination and later giving us tips where to eat and what to visit. Upon arrival we were surprised with very rare combination of stone rustic villa with hi tech details. We were in the separate house which has nice sunset view from the terras and absolutely gorgeous spacious master bedroom. I'm quite positive that we will come back again and most probably that I will use it for some business trips (team buildings, meetings...ect.) as soon as facilities will be finished for that purposes as well.

Sehr sauber, großzügig und Tol gelegen. Service hat min 10 Sterne verdient. So etwas wie den Hausherren findet man so schnell nicht wieder. Aufrichtig ,ehrlich, zuvorkommend und sehe sehr Hilfsbereit. Wir bedanken uns nochmal für den tollen Aufenthalt, wir haben vor nochmal zu kommen.

Tolle Häuser mit herrlichem Anwesen

Wir haben mit 5 Familien unseren Sommerurlaub hier verbracht und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die 2 Häuser sind beide sehr schön, die Zimmer groß und komfortabel. Der Pool ist wunderbar, sowie auch das gesamte Gelände. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und abgeschieden. Rajko, der Vermieter, ist sehr freundlich und hat sich bei kleinen Beanstandungen sofort um uns gekümmert (z.B. als die Spülmaschine nicht mehr sauber gewaschen hat). Was wir auch als positiv empfunden haben ist, dass wir uns am Ende nicht um die Altglas- und Wertstoffentsorgung kümmern mussten. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Refugium für große Gruppen

Die Villa Poropati war für uns und vier befreundete Familien genau das richtige für einen ausgedehnten Sommerurlaub in Istrien. Der tolle Pool, die schattenspendenden Kastanienbäume, die große Wiese, die schöne Terrasse und die komfortablen Zimmer - wir haben jedes Detail genossen. Perfect house for large groups

We were a group of 16 persons with children and really enjoyed our stay at Villa Poropati. Rajko the owner was the perfect landlord and really cared about us. The villa is beautiful, clean and with lots of nice details. It is located in remote place in Poropati where you have absolutely privacy, but also can stay out longer without disturbing anyone. I can highly recommend this house!

A group of 14 of us stayed at Villa Poropati in August 2018. We had the most amazing time. The Villa is in a beautiful spot, no immediate neighboring properties, surrounded by beautiful fields and with a beautiful view over the countryside. It has been thoughtfully and beautifully refurbished, with all most modern amenities present (air con in all rooms, protection from mosquitoes on all windows, TV/DVD player, play station, books available, utility room has washing machine and dryer, kitchen has all things you can think about present, swimming pool comes with gadgets for kids as well). We truly had the most amazing time! Villa is very spacious and we never felt on top of each other, there was plenty of space for everyone. Rajko the owner was always available and helped with information and instructions along the way. If you are looking for a little slice of paradise, then you will truly find it at this amazing villa!

Wir waren als Großfamilie mit erwachsenen Kindern, Schwiegerkindern und Enkelkindern für einen Familienurlaub mit insgesamt 14 Familienmitgliedern in der Villa Poropati. Wir haben alles genauso vorgefunden wir wir es uns erträumten und wurden noch zusätzlich von der Qualität überrascht. 2 Geschirrspüler in der Küche, mehr als ausreichend Gläser - sogar Sektgläser - einen Eiswürfel spendenen Kühlschrank mit genügend Platz für alle Lebensmittel, haben uns sehr begeistert. Spielgeräte für den Pool und das Rundherum haben die kleinen und großen Kinder erfreut. Die Zimmer mit den Bädern sind ***** 5 Sterne gemäß ausgestattet. Die Ruhe in der Umgebung und das feine Ambiente mit den zahlreichen feinen, kleinen Zusatzmöglichkeiten und die freundliche Betreuung des Besitzers haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Poropati zu einem wirklich erholsamen Familienurlaub werden lassen. Es war eine wahre Wohltat in diesem wunderschönen Ambiente die Zeit zu genießen. Erholung und Freude pur! Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Hervorragende Unterkunft

In der gesamten Villa (mit Zusatzgebäude) fanden 4 Familien mit insgesamt 9 Kindern von 0 bis 5 komfortabel Platz. Das Anwesen ist vollständig eingezäunt und finden sich außer dem Pool keine besonderen Gefahrenquellen für Kinder. Der Pool und die großzügigen Grünflächen (samt Spielplatz) bieten für Erwachsene und Kinder ausreichend Platz. Das Schwimmbad ist sauber mit wenig Chemie (kein Geruch). Am Abend kann man zahlreiche Schwalben beobachten, die im Flug aus dem Becken trinken. Die Zimmer sind modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Nassräume großzügig und auf hohem Standard. In Buje lässt sich alles einkaufen was das Herz an Nahrungsmitteln begehrt, mit Grosnjan steht ein malerisches und touristisch erschlossenes Ausflugsziel in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Verfügung. Unter dem Strich ein großartiger Familienurlaub.

Perfekt på alle parametre!

Vi er en familie med 8 voksne og 8 børn, der var en uge i Villa Poropati sommeren 2015. Vi har tidligere været et andet sted på Istrien og også haft et par somre i Toscana. Villa Poropati er uden sammenligning det bedste sted, vi har været. Fantastisk rummelige værelser, gode funktionelle detaljer (som fx 2 opvaskemaskiner), mange aktivitetsmuligheder og en meget behjælpelig vært. Alt i alt et sted, som man vil have svært ved at finde bedre, og derfor har vi allerede nu booket en uge i sommeren 2016.

Nice and cheap trio

Everything declared on the add was there. The owner Reiko did his job very well, we phoned him and he ordered a table at a local Restaurant. We (11 students stayed at the villa(s) as our school leaving exam trip) and Reiko didn't have a problem with that, which is not self-evident! Summing up, my classmates and i can recommend the house!

Wir, eine Herrenrunde aus Wien durften 4 Tage lang diesen Traum in Istrien erleben. Die Villa besticht durch ihre Ruhelage, den großzügigen Räumlichkeiten und der modernen Ausstattung.
