At guests' disposal is: a heated pool, seating set, sun loungers and a large terrace for outdoor dining. Close to the holiday home, private for the guests of Villa Marija Prodan, there is a children's playground with swing and slide and small football field with artificial grass.

Villa Marija Prodan consists of in total two apartments and four double rooms, but it all rents out together.

On the ground floor there is an apartment for four guests, consisting of a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
On the first floor there is one apartment and two double rooms. The apartment for four guests consists of a living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, balcony, bathroom, bedroom and a bedroom with private bathroom. Each of the two double rooms on this floor has a separate entrance, balcony, double bed and bathroom.
On the second floor there are two double rooms, one of them with private bathroom and balcony, the other one with bathroom but without balcony. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
