Description
*** New for 2022 - Two Air con units have been installed at the Villa to assist with Cooling ***
Detached Villa in a great location being only 3 minutes walk from the main Quesada village. you have plenty of shops restaurants cafes bars large supermarket etc on your door stop, a car is not necessary unless you wish to site see. The villa is all on one level and set in its own grounds with high walled garden all around. Inside the villa has a spacious living room with Air con (see note below) , sofa seating for 6 persons, TV with English satellite system, WIFI internet installed, CD music system , separate dining area, kitchen with main appliances including dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin) and 2 separate bathrooms. all 3 bedrooms have high speed modern ceiling fans direct over the beds to help keep cool in the summer months, (*** New for 2022 - Air con installed in bedroom 1 which will filter cool Air through to bedroom 2 - see more info below). There is also a small conservatory which overlooks the pool area. Outside is a private swimming pool )with Roman steps at the shallow end, 4 sun beds , charcoal BBQ area with chimney. Outside there are 2 dining tables and chairs with umbrellas and awnings for shade, upstairs there is a rooftop solarium.

1 unit installed in Bedroom 1 which will also filter cool air through to Bedroom 2
All 3 Bedrooms have high speed modern ceiling fans direct over the beds

Location
The villa is in a great location being just 3 minutes walk from the famous Quesada Village and only 15 minutes walks to Quesada Water Park (Open mid June to mid September). Quesada Villa has a large choice of quality restaurants, bars with entertainment, cafes, shops, supermarkets, petrol station etc . Quesada Aqua Park (water park) has several pools with slides, water chutes and children’s pools. For golf fans the villa is located just down the road (5 minute drive) from Quesada’s own golf course 'La Marquesa'. Torrevieja Town centre is a 10 minute drive. Easy accesss to the beach (approx 10 minutes drive) to Guadamar.
We have 2 international airports Alicante and Murcia within a 60 minute drive.
