Modern villa with large garden and close to the sea

The completely renovated country house is on the outskirts of Catral on a beautiful and quiet plot. Supermarket, bars and restaurants are only a few minutes away on foot. In the village itself you will find everything you need: boutiques, electrical goods and restaurants, from Italians and Argentines to Indians and Chinese to the typical Spaniards.
You can reach one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the Costa Blanca in the tourist town of Guardamar del Segura by car in around 13 minutes. General: The modern finca is very spacious with 200 m² of living space: it offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one in the pool area) and is comfortably designed with an open kitchen plus living room and a glazed veranda. The pool measures 10 mx 8 m. Pet are allowed.
All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned; three of them have a closet and are furnished with double beds. In the children's room you will find a cabin bed and a toddler bed. The cabin bed is also suitable for adults. A large ceiling fan in every room ensures a pleasant climate if you want to do without the air conditioning. Each room can be individually cooled.

Beautiful villa in a peaceful location

The pictures don’t do this beautiful villa justice! The grounds are huge, everything is incredibly well maintained - the best equipped villa I’ve ever been to. Beautiful gardens, fabulous hot tub and comfy beds. The hosts could not be more helpful, and we are already looking to book a return trip. Thank you for an incredible stay!

Catral villa stay

Gorg villa, could not fault that. Great owners as not short of any supplies. Ideally need car. Be careful around hot tub, as very slippery, really needs better steps. Managers as helpful as could be. All in all if u like peace and quiet, excellent stay. Chris, june, rosemary and marion

From start to finish it was an amazing experiance the villa is 100% better than the photos on the website was to a very high standard excellent communication and jose was spot on the villa has an alarm which helps when leaving it empty car is essential unless you want to spend money on taxi. Lidl and other large supermarkets are on 2km away. You are sucluded enough to enjoy to any legnths. Thank you for a amazing experiance see you soon.

Catral Villa Stay

Totally exceeded our expectations Peaceful location car highly recommended Beautiful villa, very spacious grounds Big hot tub & huge pool bit chilly but overcomeable once in. Villa is clean, spacious and has everything you need, beds are sooo comfy. Welcome pack of milk, cheese, meats bread etc was really apreciated. Good selection of books, games and TV. Housekeepers were so welcoming and helpful communication with hosts was excellent. Local amenities are few minutes by car walkable but might be a bit much in the heat. Only a few negatives if you can call them that, the tiles outside are extremely slippy when wet, kids had a few slips dispite being told to be careful and the oven instructions in English would be useful but Google came to our rescue but these issues did not impact our enjoyment. Will definitely look to book again

Concerning the tiles around the pool they are recommended for showers and pools, as they show a high COF without being too rough, thus avoiding bad scrapes. Furthermore, they don’t get too hot. Beautiful Villa

This is a delightful villa set in the countryside just outside Catral. The villa is very well kept and is well equipped for a short- or longer-term stay. We were there for an extended period and it worked brilliantly for us. Both the indoor and outdoor areas are lovely and you can relax in different areas as the weather or time of day dictates. The pool is lovely, yes cold at the time of year we were there, but we still ventured in and then made use of the excellent hot tub. Bedrooms and bathrooms are modern and a high standard. We couldn’t fault the facilities. Catral is a 20 min flat walk away and is great for cafes and restaurants, Saturday market and fiesta style events. Lovely place to visit of you want to see what the non touristy part of Spain is about. The owners and manager helped us throughout the stay with the odd thing that needed some attention. Nothing was a problem, and they were there to offer assistance or just suggestion on the area. Great hosts. We will certainly visit again and are planning our next adventure in Catral.

Wir haben hier ca. 4 Wochen verbracht und haben uns Pudelwohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern ist super einfach und freundlich und auch vor Ort gibt es einen Super tollen Menschen, der für alle Problemchen auch da ist. Alles in allem ein wunderschönes und gepflegtes Haus, dass wir gerne wieder besuchen werden :) Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt! Viele liebe Grüße PS: Selbst nach unserer Abreise kam noch ein Paket, welches ohne Probleme angenommen wurde und wir wurden benachrichtigt und konnten es direkt noch abholen :)

Wir hatten in diesem wirklich toll ausgestatteten Haus eine wunderbare Zeit, in einer ruhigen Gegend am Ortrand und trotzdem viele Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen/Essen gehen/im Meer baden ect. (Mietwagen empfohlen).Es war die ganze Zeit ein unkomplizierter Kontakt mit dem sehr netten Vermieter und wir hatten ein Problem aufgrund von Krankheit, was sehr schnell und superlieb vom Eigentümer der Finca geklärt wurde (vielen Dank nochmal dafür).Speziell der beheizte Pool und der Whirlpool sind natürlich gerade in der Herbst - Saison sehr angenehme Details.Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal in dieser Unterkunft.

Super erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser traumhaften Finca in vollen Zügen genossen. Schon bei der Ankunft fühlten wir uns sofort willkommen – das Haus war makellos sauber und die Übergabe verlief absolut reibungslos. Die liebevoll gestaltete Einrichtung und das gepflegte Ambiente sorgten dafür, dass wir uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause fühlten.Auch unsere Hunde hatten eine fantastische Zeit! Sie konnten sich frei bewegen, die Umgebung erkunden und hatten sichtlich Spass – ein echtes Hundeparadies. Erholung pur

Es war ein super Urlaub. Die Anzeige und Bilder stimmen zu 100 Prozent. Aber ein Auto ist unabdingbare. Das ein und auschecken war etwas schwierig wegen der sprachbariere, aber es gibt ja übersetzter und Angel war eine Seele von Mensch. Dieses Haus und ihre Verwalter und Eigentümer sind spitze,danke das wir dort unseren 3 wöchigen Urlaub genießen durften. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Peaceful setting and absolutely everything you need

Beautiful and well equipped villa. Excellent communication from the owners Rolf & Katja from start to finish. The couple looking after the villa in Catral, Angel & Toni were so friendly and showed us how everything works and came round to check that everything was ok and gave us a huge box of fresh pomegranates. The outdoor space was the star of the show. Hot tub (thank you so much for letting us use it), outdoor bathroom and lots of space. Only one little thing for us was that the pool was a bit colder than we were used to when on holiday. The villa was situated in a very peaceful location and we met a couple of friends in the field across the road (a donkey and his best friend, a dog), The walk into town was a little further than anticipated from the listing and no taxis were in operation during our stay but the town itself had everything you need and some lovely places to eat if you are able to walk. We would highly recommend this villa and visiting Catral. We are now looking for somewhere here ourselves as a holiday home! Thank you Katja, Rolf, Angel & Toni.

Voor mensen zoals wij, die van de rust en het genieten in alle comfort houden is dit een uitstekende plaats om te verblijven. Wij hebben een prettig en heel leuk verlof gehad. Traumurlaub in Traumfinca

Wir waren 2 Wochen in diesem schönen Haus, sind gut erholt und begeistert. Im modern eingerichteten großzügigen Haus mit neuen Bädern und voll ausgestatteter Küche bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Ein großer Pool sowie ein herrlicher Poolbereich sorgen für Urlaubsgefühle und Entspannung. Frühstück und Abendessen haben wir auf der verglasten Terrasse genossen. Tolle Vermieter, stets erreichbar, hilfsbereit und sehr sympathisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es war einfach ein Traumurlaub!!!!

Wir hatten in den 13 Jahren, die wir jetzt schon nach Spanien in den Urlaub fahren, noch nie so ein tolles Haus inkl. den tollen Garten + Pool. Wir hatten als 4 köpfige Familie einen Traumurlaub. Der Kontakt zu den Eigentümern war immer sehr gut. Sie waren zu jeder Zeit, sofort für uns da. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hier Urlaub machen. 😘🌞
