IT - Located in the heart of the Borgo di Bellagio, the Perla del Lario right in the center of the splendid Lake Como, the very quiet and air-conditioned apartment has a large living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, 1 large bathroom and 1 terrace. Possibility of two additional seats on the sofa bed in the living room. Breakfast included.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a historic building, inside the pedestrian area, near the church and all the bars, restaurants and shops of the Perla del Lario. Ferry and boat jetty within easy walking distance.

We really enjoyed our stay in Bellagio! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in an amazing location—just steps from shops, cafes, and restaurants. Be prepared get a workout due to the stairs both getting to the apartment location and up to the apartments first floor which is really our second floor, but it’s all part of the charm. The host was friendly and made everything easy. Great spot for exploring Bellagio and easy walk to the ferries to get you to the other towns on the lake.

This property is modern, clean and well kept. The location is in the center of Bellagio with access to all venues within easy walking distance. A small grocery is within steps of the apartment along with numerous trattoria's and osteria's. For a small family of four, you cannot do better. Highly recommended.
