Large apartment next to the lake with free parking
Apartment for 4 people in the San Giovanni di Bellagio area.
We are a stone's throw from the lake in a very quiet area, 2 km from the town center.
The house has 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, a bathroom, living room with kitchen.
At the entrance there is a small garden.
The apartment is on the second floor of our holiday home.
SERVICES: wi-fi, heating, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, necessary for hanging out and ironing. Sheets and towels are included for each guest.
PARKING: it is next to the house, public and free.
CHILDREN'S SPECIAL: You can ask for a cot, high chair, bath tub. Our common walls are giant blackboards that children can color
DOGS WELCOME: no extra cost but we ask for good manners.

Our stay was perfect. The instructions for check in were very thorough and made check in easy. The host communications were prompt and helpful. Everything was clean and well appointed. The apartment is on the top floor with no lift and might be difficult for some to carry up luggage. Parking was convenient. Just a short drive into the main town area with available parking. Highly recommend!
