Fantastic place to stay!

The apartment was clean and comfortable and very well situated on the outskirts of the resort. The disabled adaptions were great with ramps just where you need them and the wet room was excellent! A great place to stay and we will return!

Comfortable apartment with everything you would need. The adapted bathroom was great for my mum. Lovely pool and nice to have the bar for breakfasts.

Very nice apartment (if you have no mobility issues

We had a brilliant week. Lovely apartment but unfortunately the apartment was not ideal for me (being in a wheelchair) The Wetroom was good but too far from the bedroom/s and my wheelchair didn't fit through the door without someone lifting the back round. I could not get my chair in the bedroom. The disabled sign on the front of the apartment is misleading!!! The ramps at the entrances were too steep to attempt alone. The location of the apartment is not wheelchair friendly. Too many hills to get to it and steep slopes.

Hace un año hicimos la reforma de la propiedad , hemos intentamos dentro las característica del apartamento, adaptarnos para fuese lo más accesibilidad posible. Es importante escuchar la opiniones de los clientes y es una pena que Paula no pudiera disfrutara del apartamento todo lo que ella hubiera querido . Intentaremos mejorar todo lo que podamos para que los próximo clientes se sienten más cómodo posible. En estos días estamos ensanchado (81 centímetro) la puerta del dormitorio que es una de los problemas que tuvo Paula . seguiremos mejorando para que la casa tenga una accesibilidad idónea para nuestros huéspedes

Die Inneneinrichtung des Ferienhauses entsprach den Fotos in der Objektbeschreibung. Sehr schön war auch der zentral gelegene Gemeinschaftspool.Folgende Punkte weichen von unseren Erwartungen und/oder den Angaben ab:Flächenangabe: Die beworbene Fläche von 120 { Quadratmetern} wird unserer Einschätzung nach von der reinen Wohnfläche nicht erreicht. Wir gehen davon aus, dass die Terrassenflächen (vorne und hinten) in diese Gesamtangabe miteingerechnet wurden.Lärm und Geruch (Lage): Das Ferienhaus liegt direkt unter der Einflugschneise des örtlichen Flughafens, was zu erheblichem Fluglärm führt. Teilweise war auch Kerosingeruch wahrnehmbar.Umgebung (Außenbereich): Unmittelbar angrenzend an die hintere Terrasse (lediglich durch eine Mauer getrennt) befindet sich ein Busbahnhof. Plus einer vielbefahrene Hauptstraße. Entfernung zum Strand: Die angegebene Gehzeit von "5 Minuten zum Strand" ist auch für sehr sportliche, zügige Fußgänger nicht realistisch. Für Personen mit normalem Gang oder insbesondere für Rollstuhlfahrer ist diese Zeitangabe nicht zutreffend und die Strecke in der angegebenen Zeit nicht zu bewältigen.Sauberkeit: Bei unserer Ankunft war das Ferienhaus von innen sehr verstaubt.Schlüsselübergabe: Die Schlüsselübergabe war kompliziert, da die Kontaktperson, Herr Pepe, ausschließlich Spanisch sprach und die Verständigung dadurch stark erschwert wurde.Trotz allem haben wir versucht , unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.

Lovely quiet and well maintained complex.

Had a great six weeks. Location perfect. Pepe sorted out a small issue with WiFi very quickly and even left a few bottles of wine for us. He couldn’t have been nicer. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely apartment with everything you could need. Beds super comfy. Sun trap on both terraces. Set in a beautiful complex with very friendly neighbours. Great communication with Pepe even though he spoke no English he expressed himself brilliantly. Thanks for a great time.

The property was lovely, well located and good surroundings, the only comment i would add is that everything was in Spanish, and the lady who met us on arrival could only speak Spanish so we were unable to ask any questions about the general workings of the TV and kitchen appliances. However the manager did respond to any queries in a quick and polite manner
