Upon entering Casa Potera, you'll find a separate kitchen and dining area, ideal for preparing and enjoying meals together. The villa boasts a master bedroom adorned with a cozy double bed, which leads out onto a charming sun terrace. Additionally, there is a second bedroom furnished with two single beds and a well-appointed bathroom with a bath/shower combination.



Descending to the lower level, you'll discover a third bedroom with two single beds, another bathroom equipped with a bath/shower, a fully stocked kitchen, and a convenient laundry room. The spacious living room, complete with internet TV, is perfect for relaxation. Its patio doors open onto a sun terrace, where you can relish in outdoor dining with a built-in BBQ and a private solar-heated pool. For those cooler months, electric pool heating is available at an additional cost.



The lounge area is both comfortable and equipped with internet TV, ensuring you have all the entertainment you need. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with modern amenities, including an electric oven/hob, fridge freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. There's also a utility room with a washing machine.

The villa is equipped with a safety deposit box for added security. The swimming pool is a bespoke shape, measuring 5.00m x 2.50m, with depths ranging from 1.50m to 1.70m. Access is via a step ladder, and it's heated by solar energy, with the option for electric heating at an extra charge.
