‘Las Brisas’ is situated in a quiet area only 10 minute walk from the centre of Puerto del Carmen and the beach Playa Grand. 23 Calle Bocaina. It is a two minute walk to the supermarket and it is less than a 15 minute drive from the airport. The villa benefits from 2 double bedded rooms and a twin room with 2 fully tiled separate bathrooms. There is a well furnished lounge dining room with wi -fi ,satellite TV DVD player, ps2 and games, music centre and a selecton of games books and films. The open plan kitchen is well equipped with full oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and a separate drying area with washing machine. We provide hairdryers, fans, and a security safe as well as a cot and highchair. The sliding doors lead to a large patio and barbque area. Here you will find plenty of space for a heated 7x4m pool, which is not overlooked and enjoys the sun all day long, a patio table and 8 sunbeds. The master bedroom has its own large balcony with sea view and sunbeds.

Relaxing Holiday

Lovely villa in a great location close to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Nice size pool which was clean and warm. Excellent communication with the owners and was lucky with great weather.

Fantastic Villa

We had a lovely week's stay at Las Brisas. The vill is perfectly located within a 15 min drive from the airport. The centre of town and the beaches are also no more than a 15 min walk. The villa itself has everything you need and the pool was great for those long hot days. Would definitely recommend to others

Everything you need

We stayed in this villa for a week, only regret is that it wasn’t long enough. Hosts friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, accommodating storing our luggage on our last day which was so helpful. The villa itself has everything you could need or want, pool was amazing and just the right temperature to cool down. Location perfect as not too near the noise but only a few minutes walk to bars/restaurants. I would return here in a heartbeat! Perfect!

Really lovely spacious villa close to centre, but far enough away that you are not in the thick of it. Villa has all the amenities you need. Communication from owners was great. We stayed 10 days & an extra set of bedding would have been welcome rather than having to wash & dry bedding on same day. Overall, would recommend.

Great location and pool

Stayed for 5 nights in early July. Property was clean and spacious. Lovely outside pool area and some nice views.Is an issue with bird mess on the upstairs terrace but we didn't really use it anyway. Would benefit from AC but plenty of fans were provided.I'd stay again as was great value and convenient location for the airport and Puerto Del Carmen

Great villa in an excellent location

We stayed for 11 nights at Las Brisas. The villa is a great size for two couples with bathrooms and bedrooms upstairs and down. There’s loads of wardrobe space throughout (very important to me!) and all the home amenities such as dishwasher, washing machine and cooker. The villa was really clean when we arrived and we settled straight in. The pool is lovely, big enough to swim a few lengths and a great temperature and was cleaned twice during our stay. The villa is located in a quiet suburban area but only a 10 minute walk to the busy beach front area of Puerto del Carmen. Two supermarkets are only a 5 minute walk too. We hired a car for a couple of days and drove around the island, it was very safe to park outside the villa and the roads of Lanzarote are well maintained and relatively quiet. We really liked Lanzarote and Pam and Mick are great hosts. We would definitely stay again - we totally recommend!

The villa is lovely. Very well equipped, 3 good sized bedrooms and 2 good bathrooms. Nice views from upstairs balcony. The outside area was nice and the pool lovely and warm, which was cleaned twice during my stay. I would definitely stay there again.

A lovely villa in a quiet area and well equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The water in the pool was lovely and warm but wasn’t very deep. Ideal for younger children. The outside area around the pool and particularly on the terrace needed to be cleaned. We would stay here again.

Family holiday

Property was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was heated and had plenty of sun beds a great outside area which gets the sun all day, also has a good sized balcony of the upstairs bedroom. A short walk down hill to the strip which has plenty choice of bars and restaurants to choose from.

Las Brisas

We had a great 9 days in the villa. Everything is walking distance to local shops and restaurants. Just a bit further down the hill is the beach and all the bars shops and restaurants. We only needed a taxi to the villa and going back to the airport. We would definitely come back. The villa was nice only thing would be the umbrella for shade, it’s only a beach umbrella which doesn’t fit the actual parasol base. You definitely need a sold parasol for when it gets too hot and doesn’t blow out the base. Also the sun loungers would be better if you could attach the large cushions on them for comfort. But everything else was great . We had no problems and would definitely return.

Central sunny accommodation

Overall, we found the stay very nice. The house is about 15 minutes walk from the sea. The nearest supermarket is about 5 minutes walk. The house is clean and offers enough space. The kitchen is equipped as described. The pool, about 1.0 meters deep, was cleaned several times in the 2 weeks and the contact was very nice. According to our documents, the house should be cleaned weekly. Also new towels should be provided on Mondays. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The entire pool / garden area is in full sun from morning to evening. It would be nice if there were at least enough intact umbrellas. This was unfortunately not the case. So if you were looking for shade, you could only go indoors. Unfortunately, as already criticized by others, the condition of the sun loungers is not very good. Likewise, the mattresses in the second room above. These are totally worn out. Therefore, we allow ourselves not to give the full score. However, we are convinced that if a few things are renewed, this house is a clear recommendation for the future.

Lovely Villa, great location

The villa was lovely, well-used, the sun beds needed a good clean badly stained & some of them were broken the pool was heated & was cleaned three time whilst we were there, Pam & Mick were brilliant any questions were answered, there is a Spar supermarket just down the road, the walk down to the sea front took about 20 mins, we never saw the property manager at the villa, overall we would rent this villa again so thank you.
