‘Las Brisas’ is situated in a quiet area only 10 minute walk from the centre of Puerto del Carmen and the beach Playa Grand. 23 Calle Bocaina. It is a two minute walk to the supermarket and it is less than a 15 minute drive from the airport. The villa benefits from 2 double bedded rooms and a twin room with 2 fully tiled separate bathrooms. There is a well furnished lounge dining room with wi -fi ,satellite TV DVD player, ps2 and games, music centre and a selecton of games books and films. The open plan kitchen is well equipped with full oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and a separate drying area with washing machine. We provide hairdryers, fans, and a security safe as well as a cot and highchair. The sliding doors lead to a large patio and barbque area. Here you will find plenty of space for a heated 7x4m pool, which is not overlooked and enjoys the sun all day long, a patio table and 8 sunbeds. The master bedroom has its own large balcony with sea view and sunbeds.

This villa blew our minds.The kitchen had everything you could ask for with all the essentials in.The lounge had an array of books and games, the bedrooms were all beautifully presented and the beds were comfortable.The pool was warm and cleaned while we were there by a very friendly local!The bathrooms were both huge and sparkling, the shower facilities were fabulous.On the balcony was a lovely breakfast table with chairs and sun loungers for sunbathing in total privacy.The pool area is hardly overlooked and the fence on the side gives enough privacy for you to feel comfortable sunbathing and swimming.Everyday we walked down to the beach front and a taxi back was only 3-4 depending on the time of day, the drivers knew exactly where the villa was.The area was quiet and there is plenty of room to park if you hired a car.Already looking at booking again next year.

A lovely villa with heated pool, about an 8 minute walk from the strip, The villa was spotless, a gift and a christmas card from the hosts Mick and Pam, as we were there for 9 nights over Christmas there was a lovely small christmas tree which was really nice.The pool was cleaned twice during our stay, no need for a towel change as there was plenty of towels left for our stay.A real home from home in the sunshine.Hope to stay again in the future.

Really lovely spacious villa close to centre, but far enough away that you are not in the thick of it. Villa has all the amenities you need. Communication from owners was great. We stayed 10 days & an extra set of bedding would have been welcome rather than having to wash & dry bedding on same day. Overall, would recommend.

A lovely villa and about a 5 minute walk to shops and 10 to strip. The host made everything easy before hand and easy check in. As someone was checking in that day after us Michael the host offered for us to keep our luggage in utility room as our flight was the evening. Kind offer but as we had only small bags it wasn’t a problem to carry with us. Pool was excellent and cleaned twice a week. Lovely quiet place to stay but yet not too far from the main strip. Thank u for a lovely few days.

Great location and pool

Stayed for 5 nights in early July. Property was clean and spacious. Lovely outside pool area and some nice views.Is an issue with bird mess on the upstairs terrace but we didn't really use it anyway. Would benefit from AC but plenty of fans were provided.I'd stay again as was great value and convenient location for the airport and Puerto Del Carmen

Really loved this villa, so clean + tidy + everything you needed was there. Absolutely loved the pool, one of the best we have had + we've stayed in a lot of villas. Location to the main strip is just a 5 min walk which was ideal. Will deffo be staying there again.

The Villa is in a nice quiet area. It has everything you need like home from home it was immaculate. It has a lovely pool child friendly very clean. Only a 5 minute walk to the main drag where all the bars and restaurants are. Would definitely stay there again.

The villa is lovely. Very well equipped, 3 good sized bedrooms and 2 good bathrooms. Nice views from upstairs balcony. The outside area was nice and the pool lovely and warm, which was cleaned twice during my stay. I would definitely stay there again.
