Villa Marlene is a modern 6 bedroom villa located in Quinta do Lago in the heart of the Algarve. The villa is located off Avenue Ayrton Senna and within easy walking distance of The Campus a new multi-sport complex in Quinta do Lago. Quinta do Lago shopping plaza with it's many boutiques, bars and restaurants is a few minutes drive away. The beach is also a short drive away. This holiday villa benefits from a private swimming pool (heated against an extra charge), a sauna, WiFi, music system throughout the villa and aor-conditioning.


The entrance of the villa leads to a large hallway with cloakroom. This leads to the open plan living area wiht dining set, wall mounted flat screen TV (Lazer channels) and doors leading to the pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped  with all modern conveniences including large fridge, freezer with ice maker, induction plate, wine cooler, microwave, coffee maker, double oven, lender and juicer. Doors from the kitchen lead to an outside living area. 


Three of the bedrooms are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one has a double bed, en-suite bathroom and doors leading to a terrace. Next to this is a TV room with access to the pool terrace. Bedroom two has a double bed, en-suite bathroom and doors leading to a terrace. Bedroom three has twin beds, en-suite bathroom and access to the pool terrace. 


Stairs lead to the first floor where there are two further bedrooms. Bedroom four has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom five has a double bed and en-suite bathroom.


Bedroom six is located in a separate apartment with access via the lower level or through an independent entrance. It has a kitchen, living area, bedroom and en-suite bathroom. 


The lower level has natural light and a sauna, steam bath and large bathroom. The laundry room is also located here.


Outside the large kidney shaped swimming pool can be heated against an extra charge. There is a spacious terrace with gas barbeque, sink, lounge area and dining set.


Rates include maid service, bedroom linen and bathroom towels.


The villa is located 20 kilometres from Faro airport. The resorts of Dunas Douradas and Vale do Lobo are a short drive away. The town of Almancil is ten minutes by car.
