The terrace area around the pool provides plenty of space for sun loungers, giving more space for relaxing in the sun! There is a large covered BBQ area with superb gas BBQ and sink. Plenty of preparation space on either side.
A gas fire, full heating system and insulation have been installed for keeping the villa warm in the winter months. There is modern and comfortable furniture throughout, with plenty of seating options inside and out. On the patio, there is a 12 seater table, 8 very comfortable sun loungers and an outside sofa . Perfect for large family groups, or two families to share!

Welcome! This is a spacious and comfortable four bedroom, four bathroom (+ cloakroom) villa on split levels. This is my home from home in the Algarve and I would be happy to welcome you to stay. The villa is very accessible, with a wheel-chair friendly ramp from the upper level to the pool area.
There is a well equipped kitchen with American fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob and two fan ovens and modern kitchen units. There is also a central island in the kitchen for food prep, with a wine fridge underneath it. The kitchen opens onto an airy dining room and a spacious living room, with large sliding doors leading out to the patio and pool area.
Each of the four bedrooms is en-suite, with direct access to the garden from the three bedrooms on the ground floor. Two of the ground floor bedrooms are made up with double beds and the third is a twin room. (Additionally one of the ground floor bedrooms can be made up as a twin on request).
The villa has been furnished to a high standard with wall mounted smart TVs in every bedroom and a huge smart TV in the lounge. The villa also has WiFi internet service throughout.
Outside there is plenty of space to lounge beside the pool and for outside dining. There is a separate, covered gas barbecue area. The large garden is completely enclosed with plenty of space for children to play. In fact, this villa is one of the few in the area not to be cramped around the pool area. There will be plenty of opportunity to relax around the pool, while the children swim or play in the garden where they will find a table tennis table and basketball net. The villa is not overlooked and is in a very enviable position with superb views. The garden is south west facing, so benefits from being in the sun all day long!
Walk straight into your own piece of Algarve paradise! The location of the villa is outstanding as it is a two minute walk from the Dunas Reception, where there is a huge communal pool, tennis courts, Xenia's restaurant, cafe, shop, beauty parlour, and 24 hour security. The villa itself is surrounded by a wall and electric gates on the front boundary, providing great privacy and security and complete safety for the children.
Dunas Douradas is situated between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, with access to all the restaurants, golf courses, tennis centres and shopping that these two resorts offer. Garrão Nascente beach (with it's excellent restaurants including Julia's, Izzy's and Eduardo's) is a five minute drive away or 15 mins walk, as is the Dunas Douradas Beach Club, beach and Maria's restaurant at Garrão Poente. Ancão beach is about a 15 minutes drive away. In the past year or so, a beautiful boardwalk has been built connecting the two beaches, and leading right up to the lake at Quinta do Lago. Perfect for walking, jogging or cycling. It features 13 amazing restaurants along the way!
Should you choose to stay, you will be able to make use of an excellent concierge service. The management team will look after you during your stay and can assist with airport transfers, car hire, reservations of all kinds and general advice on what to do in the area.
PLEASE NOTE: Construction works may occasionally occur nearby. This work is carried out by other homeowners and their contractors and I do not have any advanced notification of upcoming works. I cannot be held liable for inconvenience caused by any building works nearby as the actions of other individual property owners are not under my control.
UPDATE: Building restrictions will be in place for for the months of July and August 2023. This means no construction work will be allowed during the peak months.
