Beautiful Villa in Marina Velca 1km from the beach and 100mt from the golf course
Beautiful and comfortable villa surrounded by 1000 square meters of garden. It can accommodate up to 9 people.
A large living room and a large American kitchen make it an ideal place to spend weekends or longer holidays, in the company of relatives and friends.
In spring and summer it is possible to prepare tasty barbecues on the barbecue in the garden.
The villa is also equipped with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms (2 with shower, 2 with tub and 1 service), a sitting room on the first floor with satellite TV, terrace, WIFI, washing machine, dishwasher and all kinds of household appliance, parking space in the garden.
Sports enthusiasts can use the golf course and tennis courts a few hundred meters away, practice water sports about 1 km away, go cycling in the beautiful surrounding countryside.
Culture lovers will enjoy the archaeological beauties of the Etruscan civilization and the artistic-landscape beauties of the Romanesque-medieval period. Tarquinia, Tuscania, Vulci, Viterbo and Cerveteri are a few kilometers away, representing the greatest testimony to the greatness of our ancient civilizations.
The little ones can have fun in a large playground just a few meters away.
Finally, the Happy Hour in the square: unforgettable cocktails or tasting of fine wines will be the well-deserved crowning of a beautiful day!
