The ground floor features a light-drenched open plan kitchen/dining/living room comfortably furnished with leather sofas, a large screen TV with IPTV, and a dining table. The ultra-modern kitchen is fully equipped, including a traditional filter machine, appointed with appliances and a breakfast bar. Fully retractable glass doors seamlessly open the living room to the large patio with dining table. The sleeping accommodation is spread over two levels – 3 bedrooms on the upper floor and 2 on the basement level. To really enjoy the views, head up to the roof terrace -bedecked with comfy sofas, sun loungers and a hooded barbecue.

Located on the hillside of the Puerto Banus marina, Nueva Andalucia is one of the most sought after residential neighbourhoods on the Costa del Sol. Nicknamed the Golf Valley, it is fringed by four championship golf courses: Aloha, Las Brisas, Los Naranjos and La Quinta as well as the smaller floodlit la Dama de Noche course. Residents of Nueva Andalucia enjoy the best of both worlds; they can choose to go out in the “Port”, Marbella, or San Pedro or stay local.
There is a plentiful supply of shops, boutiques and supermarkets as well as the popular Saturday outdoor market. With its profusion of top quality bars and restaurants, you’ll struggle to choose a favourite. Every palate and budget is catered for, from quick eats to sophisticated candlelit dining. Although there are no nightclubs in Nueva Andalucia, there are a couple of popular late night places, most notably La Sala Banus, located on the roundabout below the bullring.
