For a varied holiday with an array of amenities at your fingertips, this townhouse is a great choice. Beachgoers, shoppers and gourmets will find the beaches, boutiques, cafés and restaurants of Puerto Banus, Marbella and San Pedro just minutes away; and golfers a number of top quality golf courses within striking distance. With its fresh and sleek elegance, the soothing atmosphere of the home is an invitation to unwind after a hectic day of activities. The gated complex of Condes de Iza, with its earthy terracotta tones and glimpses of the la Concha Peak, is the setting for this holiday rental, where guests have access to 2 pools.

Stepping indoors leads into a chic home tastefully decorated with a minimalist eye, offset by a carefully edited palette of colours that has a calming effect. The ground floor features a light-drenched open plan kitchen/dining/living room comfortably furnished with leather sofas, a large screen TV with IPTV, and a dining table. The ultra-modern kitchen is fully equipped, including a traditional filter machine, appointed with appliances and a breakfast bar. Fully retractable glass doors seamlessly open the living room to the large patio with dining table. The sleeping accommodation is spread over two levels – 3 bedrooms on the upper floor and 2 on the basement level. To really enjoy the views, head up to the roof terrace -bedecked with comfy sofas, sun loungers and a hooded barbecue.

The property is located in a no party urbanisation. There is to be no late night noise nor any anti-social / disruptive behaviour.

LOCATION

Located on the hillside of the Puerto Banus marina, Nueva Andalucia is one of the most sought after residential neighbourhoods on the Costa del Sol. Nicknamed the Golf Valley, it is fringed by four championship golf courses: Aloha, Las Brisas, Los Naranjos and La Quinta as well as the smaller floodlit la Dama de Noche course. Residents of Nueva Andalucia enjoy the best of both worlds; they can choose to go out in the “Port”, Marbella, or San Pedro or stay local.

There is a plentiful supply of shops, boutiques and supermarkets as well as the popular Saturday outdoor market. With its profusion of top quality bars and restaurants, you’ll struggle to choose a favourite. Every palate and budget is catered for, from quick eats to sophisticated candlelit dining. Although there are no nightclubs in Nueva Andalucia, there are a couple of popular late night places, most notably La Sala Banus, located on the roundabout below the bullring. For those who fancy a flutter, the Casino Marbella, in the H10 Andalucia Plaza Hotel, is a fun place with slot machines, roulette, blackjack and other games.

There are numerous beaches and beach bars nearby, within walking distance or a short 5 minute drive. The closest to the home is probably Mistral beach, with a beach bar and water sports available.

Like Marbella and San Pedro, Nueva Andalucia has easy access to the various tourist attractions such as Ronda, Mijas, Casares, Gibraltar and Morocco.

Fantastic place to stay for 2 young families.
Very private and secure, felt very safe. Walking distance / short taxi ride to everywhere you need to go. The house itself was tidy, clean and well equipped. Thanks again.

Huset ligger i ett mycket trevligt område, en riktigt "gated community". Utöver att det är ett säkert område så uppskattade vi verkligen hur tyst det var. Det hände att någon festade loss lite väl mycket i något hus, men det kom personal och rättade upp det hela. Huset i sig har några år på nacken och skulle behöva en del renovering. Vi hade vissa problem med avloppet på en av toaletterna. Ännu viktigare är att man bör köpa nya madrasser i sängarna, det är ingen stor kostnad och dessa har varit med alldeles för länge, vilket drog ner intrycket en hel del. Planlösningen är bra med en underbar takterass och en trevligt frukost-/middagsplats ute på bottenplanet. Parasollen var något slitna och det på taket skulle bytas medan vi var där, något som tyvärr inte skedde. Totalt sett var vi trots allt nöjda, även om man kan tycka att standarden bör vara högre med tanke på priset. Vi återkommer gärna till området och även till huset om/när det har fått lite omvårdnad.
